Hakcan Hotel

Hotel close to airport, 3 miles, close to restaurants etc. Staff and manager very attentive and helpful.

No, all was good.

Great location, nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast!

Room was a bit warm, but that seems to be the Turkish way

Very clean and spacious room. Modern design. Location is near airport. Breakfast was good with various food options. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. He helped me with ordering food for my room from an outside fast food restaurant.

The blankets were too thin like a towel not blankets.

Clean comfortable good location. Very pleasant staffs.

7minute from airport .bus stop to go Izmir city center is 1 minute . Very comfortable ,spacious and clean room ..staffs are exceptionally kind and helpful with traveling information.Very happy stayed here.

The hotel is located 5km far from the airport and near the motorway.

The room was small and the toilet too. A strong and persistent cigarette smoke smell in the room. Breakfast was quite good even if mainly salty. A very small car parking present and if there is no place enough the cars are parked by the staff in the street behind the hotel.

It was a very bad experience. Stinking room and bathroom. We overpaid for a change of room which was equally stinking of sewage

It was a very bad experience. Stinking room and bathroom. We overpaid for a change of room which was equally stinking of sewage. Had asthma attack because of the dirt and bad atmosphere.

They have their own parking, and all staff was able to talk English. I asked extra time from the reception to check out, and they gladly accepted.

There was a bit mold on the shower wall. The mini bar fridge wasn't working, but I'm not sure if I had to power it on.

The hotel has a large parking area in front, a spacious reception where the staff welcomes you with considerable friendliness and professionalism. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful.

Although the breakfast seems plentiful, it may not necessarily suit everyone's taste, especially Europeans. I didn't really find much to eat. :)No caffe?!

very comfortable good location ,Excellent staff very friendly and helpful..Will return

Very close to the airport and train station. Very nicely maintained hotel. Amazing staff always ready to help and extremely friendly.

There was slight problem with the AC but the weather was pleasant so it was not a problem.

The staff is polite and welcoming, special respect for the young guy who speaks fluent English. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast satisfies my needs for a morning meal. Fresh fruit, juice, tea, or coffee are also offered for breakfast.

Stuff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly! They made our stay here. The room was clean and soundproof.

Close to the airport and tube station. Easy to find. Clean room. Good minibar.

Noisy, the room on the main avenue is noisy. Soundproofing not enough to cover the noises from the street

Close to the airport Easy parking Spacious rooms

Plane noise bc close to airport Breakfast has small selection Blankets on beds too small

It was close to the airport. Staff were great and helpful with restaurants nearby. Air conditioner was working great so slept with the window open

location, prize and breakfast

No iron in the room

Convenient location near airport

My room was smelling like a cigarette. The hotel should warn customers about the scent left before the previous visitors.

Freshly served breakfasts, parking spot for the car and walking distance to the optimum mall where you can get anything you need.Staff was professional and helped us in anything we needed.Comfy beds and air condition was good

All good
