    • Location, cleanliness
    • very well located across from old town and fashionable neighborhood of Izmir. clean and safe location. room was comfortable with great view. clean and well maintained. staff extremely helpful. located and retrieved my lost passport left behind in the airport cab. Also helped with the retrieval of my bag lost by the airline.
    • Location and breakfast were good

    Cons -

    • Staff was extremely rude. The hotel is misleading guests regarding parking. We selected the hotel because it offered parking, and parking was supposed to be free too. When we arrived, staff told us that not only parking is not free, but it’s also not available at the moment. We had to make circles around the city, trying to find street parking. When we showed that on Booking, it said free parking, their response was “it’s not our problem that the information on Booking is not updated, parking is your own problem!” Literally, washed off their hands off what it their responsibility. Communication via Booking is almost at zero too because we messaged them in advance that we’d be arriving with a car. The next day, the manager “apologized” by just defending the guy and no compensation offered whatsoever.
    • all good.
    • I had requested 2 twin beds long in advance and yet they said they were unavailable. Therefore, I had to sleep on the sofa (not comfortable for overnight sleeping)

Very comfortable stay in a convenient location. The room was very clean and more spacious than other Turkish hotels I've stayed in. Staff were all friendly and kind and the breakfast was nice, although a bit pricey at about 15 Euros.

The air conditioning in our room was not very strong, so we were quite hot overnight. Additionally, although they say there is free parking, it is not on site - it's about a 15 minute walk away.

Great location just outside Kemeralti Bazaar. Easy to get into and walking distance to the main attractions in central Izmir (Konak). Clean floorboard room.

    7TylerPosted on: 5-13-2025

Staff was nice and offered free parking

Location wasn't great. No market near by for drinks or food items. Surrounded by clothing stores. 15 euro breakfast for some bread and cheese.

    location

Rooms with windows to the main street were too loud, so we had to change our rooms to get some sleep. we had suspecions if the sheets were changed.

    5VortexhydraPosted on: 3-25-2025

The staff is kind and polite.

Room and bathroon should be refurbished, the mattress should be changed, hotel is getting old.

It was very centric, located right next to the Izmir bazaar and right next to Izmir bridal stores, very convenient if you are looking for a wedding or party dress The metro station was next to the hotel entrance and you can find in the area many restaurants. The clock tower of Izmir is only 10 minutes walking distance. The staff was very supportive, although we had a bit of language barrier

As the mosque was in the bazaar and there was a hill, the calls for prayer sounded a bit louder due to the echo, especially early in the morning.Nevertheless, it was not a big issue.

Worst possible experience! We booked the hotel only because they said there was parking. There isn't! You park your car in the middle of the street, with several cameras to fine you, and take your bags out. You wait 20 minutes for someone from the hotel to leave your car in a parking lot that my husband went with him to and walked back to the hotel almost 1 km away. We didn't pay to leave it in this far-away parking lot, but they wanted to charge us. The receptionist said that if we took the car out for the second time to leave and come back, we would have to pay! Does that make sense? You have a car and can't leave and come back with it? If not, do you have to pay? That's right. Second serious problem! The Wi-Fi password only works after registering your passport in two confusing steps. We had 3 phones and we couldn't register any of them. It took us a while at the reception for the attendant to finally enter her own password. You have no idea how safe it is to use the Wi-Fi here. We traveled all over Türkiye for 17 days and stayed in 7 hotels. I have never had such a terrible experience as this hotel. It is in a very bad location, right in the middle of downtown. It is also not recommended for people with children. If you arrive with your child by car, you have to walk to park the car on the street to get to the hotel. That night we went out to dinner, and when we got back the employee was waiting to leave and leave the car 1 km away. It is not practical, and it is not correct to say that there is parking. There is no space to even go in for 5 seconds, leave the car and go out to change the driver. Huge traffic on the street, with several traffic guards who do not allow cars there. We reported all of this to booking.com as well. We are regular customers of the site and our experience in situations like this is that they should be honest about what they do not have, and not offer it! Terrible!

The view is amazing and the location is perfect!! The staffs are friendly!!

Maybe the bed is too soft

I was offered three similar twin beds, but I had just two. The third one was tiny and uncomfortable, and the room didn't have the layout shown on the website.

The hotel was in a convenient area with lots of historical landmarks and shops around. The staff accommodated a request to check in early which we appreciated. Breakfast was ok but the view was really good.

The road can be a bit busy and loud so earplugs are recommended. AC is central and off in winter which can make the room a bit too hot as it's exposed to the sun most of the day.

    7AyazPosted on: 11-22-2024

    Staff was kind & helpful

Parking was really confusing they should have allocate spot for car drop off to avoid any sort of fines

    4IslaPosted on: 11-21-2024

    Not much

Dirty. Smelt. First room was not what I booked and covered in cigarette burns. Floor was filthy. Second room smelt also. Floor dirty. Air cond didnt work and it is too noisy to have windows open.

The location at this hotel was good and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, metro and tram stations. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. The room has lift access, a minibar, balcony and was cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff who were also friendly and helpful.

The restaurant staff weren't great. One of the waitresses was always welcoming but the other was very unhelpful, did not smile or welcome us into the restaurant and sat on her phone most of the time with the phone volume loud enough for us to hear which disrupted our conversation. This waitress did not clear our plates until we stood up to leave. The food wasn't great either. My burger patty was still frozen on the inside so I couldn't eat it. Breakfast service is fine as it's a buffet style with many options but I don't recommend eating dinner here. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photographs and we had to phone reception to work out how to connect the wifi as the written instructions in the room were incorrect.

Location is good. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

It’s on a busy street and windows were not sound proof. Bathroom needs renovation.

Great location and the staff were amazing The room was clean, the balcony is small but.enough for one person to stand The breakfast is okay

WIFI was available in the lobby but in the room, could be considered with Android devices but Apple phones needed changing some of the sittings On the main road very noisy
