Perla Arya Hotel

Great location, good staff hospitality and spacious room.

Used shampoo, conditioner bottles. Previous customer's food items in fridge. AC unit controller is dettached from wall.

The staff was friendly.

Room stinks like cigarette smoke, no bed sheets - covers were replaced by towels, breakfast was dangerous in the sense that some of the produce was going bad. I wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly host at desk. No restaurant but a great food delivery service. Good range of items for breakfast and great coffee. Spacious room.Walking distance to metro for transfer to airport or central station for wider travel.

Can be a little difficult to find off the main road.

The staff was wonderful, helpful & friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. The shower head was one of the best I've ever used. It's an incredible value for the price. It's conveniently located within 10 minutes of the train, and about half an hour from the airport.

The bathroom had a bit of an odor sometimes, but that's fairly common here. Some other people who stayed in the hotel were noisy (but that's obviously not the fault of the hotel).

The hotel manager was polite, friendly and helpful. He met our request for a room change and our second room was much nicer.Double glazed windows helped keep the room quieter.It was good to be able to open windows for ventilation and to look out on this part of Izmir.

Our first room ( 201 ) was not suitable.Carpets need replacing and the bathroom was gloomy & old.We were woken at 2 a.m. by the sound of water pouring into our bathroom shower space through the ceiling as someone showered above.It is a shame that this hotel has not seen its surrounding area develop well.We did not feel comfortable going out after dark.Perhaps if the hotel was surrounded by a better neighbourhood the owners might spend more on renovating the interior.

Ok for the money

Breakfast not replenished. Curtains did not shut out streetlight brightness.

Nothing really. We were struggling to obtain information for some actractions in Izmir. The language was also a problem.Musut tried to assist us in his way.

We ask for a room without carpets and when we arrived we were given a room with carpets, but was promised to move us the following day.The afternoon of the following day we were told they cannot move us due to a water problem. Then we ask for milk and also that was a problem, because they only provide this in the morning.I will not recommend this hotel and I left there as a very unhappy guest.

Rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to our breakfast guy who made sure everything was well prepared. I really would recommend the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.

It was not the most convenient location. And I didn't find alot of eating options close to the hotel.

All of the staff was very helpful and polite.Breakfast was lovely I personally love the tea they have, I did told the person how was looking after dinning area I will leave a good and positive review, I am sorry I couldn't remember hes name it's just my memory is terrible ?.I definitely would stay in PERLA ARYA if I need somewhere to stay.

It was an fair stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, although it was not rich and the area is not safe and nice to walk, but if you have a car, the location of the hotel is convenient because it is close to the ring road of Izmir.

The bed sheet had a hole but it was changed the next day without telling anything. Also there wasn't a sheet unter the thin blanket and the curtains were not black out.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable. The personel was friendly. Breakfast was so good.

It was a walking distance to the Tower Clock and the town centre

I really enjoyed my stay at Perla Aya. Big rooms, clean, comfortable beds and kind and helpful people at reception.

Not the best location, far from the city centre but 10 min. walking to the train station. Poor breakfast, there's not very much to choose from.

The lobby looks well and the Location isn't the best but its not the worse either. The staff were helpful.

Breakfast is not good and not worth getting up for. No hot food apart from the boiled egg. No Juice, No English Tea, No Fruit, No yogurts, 2 x Cheap Breakfast Cereals that nobody touched Etc...The Room was very NOISY and the furniture needed upgrading. The Fridge and carpet were filthy etc..

The location of the hotel is close to the highway exit, large rooms, comfortable beds.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Good typical breakfast with options (the coffee wasn't the best) ! Great WiFi connection!

The hotel is in a sketchy area, we had a car so it was fine driving into the center.

Friendly reception. We received valuable and helpful information regarding train and buses to Alacati.Second time we stayed at hotel.

The room is very spacious, luxurious and with great facilities. Very close to train station which is a good and cheap connectivity for airport as well.Petrol pump right outside is a great convenience for bottled water, etc.

There are no good restaurants around. After an exhaustive tour day, we had to order food online since there were none within 10 mins of walk. (Minimum distance 30 mins walk). Breakfast at the hotel had very few options.

Very nice welcome. Breakfast had many options. Room was clean and practical.
