Excellent location right in the middle of the city and close to restaurants, sights etc. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable enough and was perfect for a short stay. Coffee and water in the room was a nice touch.

There wasn't any soap/shower gel in the dispensers, and the shower pressure was very weak but minor inconveniences overall.

Before I booked it, I checked the rooms. The pictures of rooms on the website were amazing. But we got a tiny room with no windows. It was terrible. And when we turned on the air conditioning, it was blowing straight at us matter where we were because of the size of the room. We couldn't sleep the air was heavy and it was hot. Never got box room with no windows in my life. Also, it was dirty. We found hair all over the bathroom.

The hotel is just a short distance from the heart of Izmir, making it incredibly convenient. I was impressed by how clean the rooms were and how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff was throughout my stay. The open buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations. A lovely surprise was that we were upgraded to a better room at no extra charge.

In the morning, I noticed that there was no water running from the tap. When I inquired about the situation, I was informed that there was a general issue affecting the hotel area, and their water reserve tanks were completely empty. While I understand that problems can arise, it seems essential that they consider upgrading to larger water tanks to prevent such incidents in the future. This is necessary to ensure guests have a reliable supply of water at all times.

The two guys at the receptions were very friendly and helpful.The bed was very confortable.

There was no window in our room which make it too warm and dark.The shower gel supplier was broken, even After we asked to the maid to replace.

Everything else. The room had no window. The air inside was really bad. We had to pay extra for a room with window. The breakfast was very low quality. A lot of stuff was missing. Not the real Turkish breakfast experience.There was a guy cleaning right beside us when we ate who wouldn’t stop bothering the guests.

It’s located in a central location, not far from promenade and touristic bazaars.

The hotel lies about parking here on booking - there are no separate spots for your car, you’re forced to park on the street. The staff was not very helpful in this matter, it was difficult to communicate in English. Breakfast was very small and definitely not a ‘Turkish breakfast experience’ you hope for, no coffee (only in the room).
