Best Western Izmir Hotel

The rooms were updated, the staff was responsive

Lovely new hotel , very polite and friendly staff. Always there to help

Mr. Erdogan at the reception was very friendly. The room size was perfect

Pillows were not so comfortable and Wifi network speed needs an upgrade

Possible place. Very noise due to heavy traffic in the area. Good breakfast. Good location if you only pass the town.

- Rooms are not clean- No towels. I needed to ask towel for the room twice- in general poor breakfast (not bad, but definitely far from good)- Not good location. Too many strange people outside of hotel- Small room

building is very nice and pleasant to walk in staff are very polite and professional, rooms are very nice , they have nice spa is very nice and a lounge area that is very modern and beautiful

breakfast was not very fresh, also certain time of the day, experienced bad odor like swag, coming from the AC we asked them and they said nothing can be done , which was extremely unpleasant. location is okey not the best, had to get a taxi to go anywhere, which preferred a better location, also hallways worked with motion detector and most of the time would time out and halfway to your room is pitch dark

everything is outdated and run down, it was probably once a top hotel but it looks very worn out. Rooms were not clean, especially the bathroom. The hotel does not live up to its 4 stars and the price/performance ratio is overpriced. the breakfast was meager, there wasn't even a fried egg and the drinks selection was very limited. I luckily have only spent two nights I wouldn't have spent any more time voluntarily.You hand your car over to the staff for parking. There is no parking yard, just an underground garage with a very steep entrance. There are no regulations in case of damage or something like that if the staff damages the car.

Fantastic hotel with very polite staff. The room was very spacious and with good furnitures. The restaurant and reception staff are perfect.

Cleaness should be improved. A lot of noise coming from ventilation system. The breakfast needs improvement in terms of variety and also when full, there should be food for everyone. Sone mornings everything was empty!!!

Clean and Good staff, especially at the Reception!Mr Erdogan was very helpful and gave us the best help under the hole stay ! Great person indeed.

Parking is a bit crazy but hotel helped to park inside their space.Bathroom very noise because there's an inner ventilation area.

Quite far from the city center. They don't have parking lot, buy they take your car to the parking lot.

Worst experience !!!

After 50 times traveling to Turkey that was the worst experience I ever had. This hotel should be 1 star and not 4. Very rude and not professional staff at the reception. the check-in took 30-45 minutes and in the end, they said they could not give me the room I booked and wanna give me another room. very poor breakfast. the area is very dangerous and it's not safe at all. not recommend this hotel.

Good location to who wants to avoid the traffic to go to the airport or simply exit the city. With a supermarket right next to it. Rooms are huge and bathroom as well.

The worst breakfast we had in Turkey (and horrible coffee as well). 2 varieties of cheese, boiled eggs, cold sausages on tomato sauce, raw tomato & cucumber, 2 varieties of bread. For an hotel of this size I was expecting at least to have scrambled eggs, croissants, pancakes, anything.It was the basic of the basics, and they spoke it only starts at 8am but they had a group of 30 people coming earlier and ending the majority of food, no reposition.The majority of staff doesn't speak well English so it was hard to communicate.

Urine smell all over the room from the bathroom. Asked to change the room, the offered to fix it and they did. But the smell took a day to fully go.

I don’t like location,breakfast not like 4 stars hotelSpa not good ,also if you want to use without Masage service,you shod let them know before and just can use 20 minutes!!

The hotel is near Metro station and the sea side.Bazar and Agora tourist places. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The food of breakfast and dinner are delicious. The wifi is good speed. The price is good and cheap than others. The room is quite big and modern design. The bed very comfort. The room service is good. I will be come again when I visit Izmir.

New building, the room was super clean and comfortable, with elegant forniture and air conditioning functioning very well (which is still rare nowadays!). Delicious breakfast.
