Staff and location. BUt staff takes the cake!

Lobby is a bit small for working but the restaurant seating was plenty though open air.

Excellent location, breakfast, and service. No complaints. Guest relations team was very helpful too for booking tours and providing other information. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is solid, right on the waterfront promenade. Staff parked our car (note: valet parking is available but paid). Loved the nice pool, and they upgraded us to a more spacious room — nice perk!

We requested a non-smoking room but got placed on the 3rd floor, designated for smokers. Even after they said it was specially cleaned, all our clothes reeked of cigarettes :(

Good location right by the sea and close to the main attractions. Modern and seemingly new hotel.Nice breakfast with good selection of food, although the food was often not warm (e.g. potatoes).

Attention to detail is often missing. Had to call reception the first day to have the room cleaned, although we had the sign hanging outside all day.Very slow wifi, could hardly watch a video or movie, and it was difficult to connect.There are too many LED lights in the room that keep the room too light during the night. Required quite some creativity and effort to cover all the lights manually.

Great location, very professional and friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Though we stayed on the 7th floor, we could hear some noise from street which means windows not really sound isolated or maybe something wrong with them.Reception staff were extremely helpful especially Miss Beyaza.

Wifi kept disconnected which was very frustrating. Though staff were very friendly and helpful at reception and restaurant, it took them ages at restaurant to get us our order. One evening our dinner order took 40 minutes to get and when arrived at table it was cold which I requested to be replaced. They did but obviously it was warmed and brought back to us.

The attentiveness of staff to our needs especially that we were bumped off the first night because of some government event that was beyond the hotel's control. They make sure we were well taken cared off with a relocation to a hotel operated by Marriott and then once back at Marriott, they provided comfortable service at every turn to manifest their gratitude and appreciation of our patience.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and good size room. Breakfast was exceptional. A great variety of items for breakfast with great service. Valet parking was great.

Near the water with a view. Relatively new property with very accommodating staff. They were friendly and eager to help with every request.

The breakfast buffet was extensive but expensive. There is also a menu to choose from. The location of the hotel is spectacular. We had a room with a sea view. There is a walking promenade and bike path right outside the hotel. The pathway looks like it goes around the bay. It is close to the ferry dock if you want to see another part of the city.

Unfortunately our room was about 3 metres away from the next door building site. Would advise people not to stay in room 1223 - even with earplugs, the construction was unbearable. Construction woke us at 8am and continued until at least 2am the next morning where upon we were given another room. This is an obvious problem whilst construction is ongoing and the management should do a better job of informing guests.

Fantastic location! The hotel is very clean, room spatious, lovely breakfast and a wonderful view from the rooftop bar. Staff is great!, ready to answer all questions, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Parking available.

1- Location is perfect for people who want to visit Izmir city center and old Bazars2- Located near by the se (corniche) where you can have direct access to a nice walk

1- they gave me a smoking room, it was a bit smelly2- they charged me 400 Liras for the car valet for 1 night, that was surprising, never experienced this at any reputable hotel!
