Dovv Hotel Busıness

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The location is conveniently close to the airport and the price is right! Breakfast is provided and they checked us in early in the day, offering us breakfast upon check-in. Staff called a taxi at 4:00 a.m.

Our air-conditioning did not keep up with summer heat. No window screens prevented opening windows. We showered every time we woke up in order to make it through the the heat. We didn't inform the staff so they didn't have a chance to resolve the issue.

i booked room for my daughter, which felt sick. booking was made for 2 july, wich means she could stay since 2 july 12 pm till 3 july 12 pm and breakfast included. she arrived at 7-8 am 2 july. there was no room available yet, but was another type available(2 bed instead 1). she was allowed to stay till 5 pm 2 july. That ‘s how hotels cheated their sick guests. no breakfast of cause. thanks for finding room at early arrival, but its not fair about all other stuff.

wifi worked badly , disappeared many times, very bad connection. , air conditioning as well, it was freezing in the room . and very loud - their windows don’t block any sound and the road from the airport is 10 metres away and active 24/7. moreover , they couldn’t explain the best way to get to nearest city, sent me by Taxi to the wrong place and I had to walk from there with a suitcase for 20 minutes looking for the station ( though the bus station turned out to be just opposite !!!?! the hotel on the other side of the road) , very poor English . and all the rooms smell of smoking , very strongly

We choose this hotel because it is close to airport and it was. Takes about 6 min to go airport. Hotel has limited parking but staff is helpful to find a place to park your car. It is clean and beds are comfortable.

I felt valued :)I really enjoyed being their guests.There was really nothing I would have missed in Hilton as Diamond member.This hotel is highly clean and you will find vanity kit, soaps, slippers, etc etc etc all in your Rooms!I also really liked the fresh design of the Hotel.
