The staff was so kind, helpful and attentive. There is valet parking, which is so necessary in this part of town. They were waiting for us, provided an early room when we arrived as my child was asleep. The were extremely kind, helpful and supportive, we felt very spoiled. The location is just perfect to explore the main sites of the city.

Placement - perfect. Great view from high floor. We felt secure and taken care of, very comfortable. Reception guys were always helpful, polite and pleasant to talk to. Tasty breakfast, maybe it wasn't very different from day to day, but it was tasty and fresh. The room was quite spacious with great view out the window. On our request we received an extra blanket.

It's not quite a minus, but a recommendation - a microwave oven would be nice to have, and a fridge could be bigger.

It is a good value for money specially because of f the location. It is at extremely obvious location.

Lift is quite of a compact size and which causes difficulty in going up the floor and sometimes with children it is really hard. Breakfast needs improvement, like specially all different 10 types of olives aren’t necessary but things like fruits would be better.

Defect shower head wasn't repaired during our stay.

When u are on biz trip , you need two things, internet and invoice. Both were extremely badly handeled by night clerk who constantly complianed about the system. Took 40 min to check in and get internet and after 1 week they are unable to get me an invoice. Next time i must let booking hamdle payment.I complained to Booking customer service, and also no response, !

I simply waited 40 minutes at checkout for getting an invoice. Ultimately they could not issue an invoice although money was taken first day. It is frustrating, only Turkish speaking receptionist. Hope management will send me an invoice by email

People smoke in the lobby. Facility reeks of cigarette smoke. Small dated tv. Shower looked dirty.

We upgraded to a room with balcony. It made a big difference.

No daily cleaning of the room. Unless you ask them at the reception.

The hotel was nice enough, bed was comfortable, room has what you need. Have to ask if you want heating on/off. No problem getting extra bedding.The two young boys, particularly Emin, were very helpful and pleasant, couldn't do enough for us

We were put into a room with 2 single beds, (requested 2 beds), that looked onto a wall and air conditioner, with black mould all round the shower. When I asked to be moved to one without black mould, was told, only a suite with one double bed available, accepted that room. I was later advised "the cost difference" was taken from my bank £46. Not happy about being charged extra because the first room was in an unacceptable condition and they had direct access to my account, I did not book directly, thought only bookings.com had that information, obviously they shared my bank details ? There was some cooked breakfast in a hot hold that was cold & contained scraps, not refilled

Location, staff were excellent. Rooms were clean. All day we had coffee in the first floor. Interned was working without any problem. Breakfast was tasty. All was OK. Thanks for all.

Hairdryer not working. Safe not working. Aircon not very efficient. Stains on shower tiles and on carpet.

It really is a great location and the staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants close by.

The room wasn’t cleaned until we asked for it to be cleaned on day 2 and after that again. We went out of the hotel during the daytime so there was time to clean it, or refresh laundry.

I think they can put a Coffee machine in the breakfast, maybe for turkish people coffee is not that important but for me its essential to wake up ? instant coffe is not that good

Poor noise insulation or maybe the neighbours didn't behave properly. Bad cleaning of the bathroom. Local breakfast, nothing continental.

It was very cold in the room - we were not able to sleep, the air inside was freezing. The conditioner in the room was working full power but it wasn’t enough for the room. The workers were not reacting to messages and did nothing but checked the conditioner when i went to the reception at midnight. I asked for another blanket cus there was only one blanket in the room and got a small thin bed cover, which obviously wasn’t helpful at all.

Location is great! Everything within walking distance. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good!

There is a bit of a smoke smell in the room and in the hallways. The room was white-ish lights which makes it a bit clinical. There was only a tiny blanket on the bed so we had to ask for another one: we received a duvet without a cover.
