Room, bathroom, breakfast, staff, nearby mall were all excellent.

Breakfast was very good. The size of the room was perfect, loved the view and balcony

Chose the hotel for the amazing sea view, but everything else was just perfect!Kind staff, good food, comfy bed, big & clean room.

Location and design

The mattress is one of the worst that I have tried in a 5-star hotel

It’s a very good hotel and it’s connected to a mall which is very convenient for us since we stayed for one night and the rooms are very comfortable and clean the furniture looks new

Well! New Hotel and very perspective location, where some Brandy Shops about to start their New life of Success and time of Heaven! Service are very friendly and professional from front door, Administration and Breakfast Cousine, where young and Beautiful girls/ladies provide You best of Hospitality and Respect to feel Yourself a very specials! Nice girls were so kind in Restaurant and make my stay even more enjoing and comftable (Ms. Suray and Caniya!!!). New hotel with near door to Shopping Mall make it resonable and usefull stay! Recomended highly! And VIEW from the balcone reminded me NICE, but with Turkish delicios taste!

Arriving area for drivers

Location is very good as it is next to a very popular shopping mall. Room was fabulous also staff is helpful.

They ask for deposit / prepayment for extra which is normal.Issue is we checked out on 1st March and they still did not release money (we dont have any extra) even though I called them many times.So be careful if you pay deposit.

The team members are very helpful and have great approaches. The rooms are clean and the location is great.

The fact that the hotel does not have its own electric vehicle charging station is a major shortcoming.

The location, the view, amenities and the staff were all so nice. Seriously, there is no better location than this. You're essentially right next to a huge mall and all sorts of stores, plus the subway and bus station to go anywhere in the city centre. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they all spoke great English as expected in Izmir. The view was so good from the room as well! Definitely our new favourite stay when we're in the city.

First time I ever got charged for coffee capsules in the room. It’s really odd that they were made part of the minibar. We ordered pasta late at night, and it was the first fettuccine alfredo we had that came without creamy sauce. Just dry pasta. No condiments came with the schnitzel either, except some jam you'd expect for breakfast. We haven't tried their in-room sushi menu, but we did go to the restaurant that provides it, sushi barba, and it was the best sushi we had in a long time. Given that it's a relatively new hotel and it was off-season, we expect all this to improve.

The modern facade and the facilities except the lack of designated car park

Lack of a designated car park in a 5 star hotel is unacceptable in particular when we spent more than 2hours being trapped inside the shopping mall car park in which the hotel doesn’t hold any reserved lot (see the welcome disaster we had to suffer on our arrival due to a local football game so they said)

All the staff was exceptionally good

Breakfast could be better specially the bread was dry all the time and there is no soup, as you know the soup is very important in turkish breakfast traditions

One of the best stays in Turkey. New hotel with modern amenities, well trained staff, and a great view over Izmir. Very clean, excellent food, and once again, I will commend the exceptional and professional staff.

Much gratitude for accommodating us with connecting rooms! Well done all around: competent and hospitable service, modern technology in the bathrooms, immaculately clean rooms, expedient room service and delectable menu for both breakfast and dinner. A favorite stay in all of Turkey!

Value for money . Everything was excellent . The views from the balcony , the location . Next to metro and tram stations . Very convenient location . Sea views . We got free room upgrade as well on arrival .

Breakfast could have been with more variety . The staff definitely didn’t know about English black tea .

The hotel is quite new and well-maintained, the view is great.

The service is not friendly or welcoming or nice in any way. Should you want anything, you have to call many times before they even answer and then many-many times more to keep reminding the staff to do what you asked.There is another real struggle in this hotel - it’s the one for drinking water. They put 2 small bottles in the room, which is obviously not enough for 2 adults. If you ask for more water, they reply ‘you already consumed your daily water’. Such a nonsense! Although we stayed there in low season and it was almost empty, the hotel was obviously understaffed an d the rest of the staff didn’t seem eager to do the job right.The breakfast was also a disaster. If you want to eat healthy, you can hardly find anything apart from some green salad. So we ended up buying avocados from the mall and bringing them to the breakfast place asking to cut them for us (which also took ages of course). Does any of this sound like a 5 star hotel?
