EXTENSO HOTEL

It’s a 5 star level hotel in terms of the room, cleanliness and breakfast. I really enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast. The location is also amazing because it is so easy to find when you get off at Gaziemir tram station. Lots of shops nearby and you can reach Izmir airport in about 30mins by trams.

Everything was awesome, staff were friendly and helpful, room was cool when we arrived, clean and spacious, bathroom was nice, bed very comfortable, room was quiet. Breakfast was amazing! I can't say enough about how nice this stay was.

Only that we didn't stay longer.

Picked the hotel for a night between the plane and cruise from Kusadasi. Lobby looks fine.

Issues with air conditioning in all public places and rooms. For our taste - breakfast was poor, however with big selection of dishes. The main disadvantage for us was that we’ve booked a family room for 2 adults + 2 kids and it had one double bad and 1 single bed.

-Safe.- Helpful smiling staff.- Clean.- Cooperative to all guests’ needs.- ( I loved the cameras in the rooms’ corridors).- The very near; restaurants, and all different catering shops for all needs.

Staff were very helpful! Breakfast was amazing with lots of hot, cold, savoury, sweet, cooked and fresh options for food and drinks. Reception area was spacious and comfortable. Stayed in a family room which was a very good size. Large bed, pull out sofa, two TVs, minifridge, safe, wardrobes, slippers, robe and comfortable bed and bedding. Bathroom had all necessities including a walk-in shower with two shower options, large sink, toilet and a bidet. Toiletaries and hairdryer, with towers in the bathroom also.Location wise, for what we were visiting, it was good. Lots of small shops and restaurants nearby, and pharmacy etc.Would recommend!!

Can be noisy if room is facing the main road. Would recommend for light sleepers to request a room that is not facing main road.

We had a fantastic stay at Extenso Hotel in Izmir! The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was highly professional and welcoming. We visited during Ramadan, and they went out of their way to arrange a special early breakfast for Sahur, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location is great—easy to reach from the airport and close to good shopping spots. The staff also gave us excellent recommendations. We tried the Turkish restaurant next door, Bilal Inci, and their kebabs and traditional dishes were outstanding. Another great suggestion was the FES Turkish Hamam, which was within walking distance and an amazing experience.A special mention to Alper, who was incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

During thw seaaon they dont switch on the AC or fan, which was uncomfortable to sleep

Very comfortable beds, large rooms, excellent staff.

The rooms are clean and service in the room amenities are well and toilet was super cleaned I will stay again for sure same hotel

Good location and clean

No air con yes it’s winter in Turkey but when I sleep I like to be cold , food wasn’t too great was fair

Buffet excellent, beds comfortable.

The only thing lacking was that there were no washcloths in the bathroom.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is near to the airport and far from Izmir city Centre.

Their staffs are not good in English language but they are very friendly. Smell of smoke in our corridor made a bad sense for us and also a little noisy building.

Friendly staff, located close to the airport. Good food for dinner and breakfast.

The power went out at night and when it came back on, many of my devices' batteries were damaged. When I spoke to th

Not far from the airport and metro station. Good breakfast and nice room

Noise from the street

Everything from our smooth checkin/out our room, food and staff and location was excellent. We have stayed here 2 times before and without doubt would stay again.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

The room had bo decent ventilation, the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom, you can hear everybody else on the rooms, constant machine noise through the night, like we were next door to the laundry room, we told the receptionist in the morning, and they said we should had come and something to them to change our room at 3 am I'm the morning, have you heard such a stupid answer, who's going to go down at 3am when they decide to do there laundry for the hotel.

Super Comfortable beds! Unbelievably friendly staff!Location to airport.Spacious clean rooms

Everything,The staff really did give their very best considering only a few spoke and understood English as a medium of communication.

The gym, kindly update ans revamp your gym . It was really disappointing for such a 4 star hotel to be let down by lack of enough gym equipment that were working. If i were to revamp it I'd remove that 3 in one machine.Get products from Life fitness. Add more one by one dumbbells

Near the metro

It’s on the main road and if you stay in the front of the building, you won’t able to sleep cos of heavy traffic. Very noisy unfortunately.
