Great staff, loved the unlimited coffee and free breakfast. The blazing hot water was also so refreshing and nice!

The elevator was not working and we had to go up and down six floors of stairs to the 6th floor, not the most pleasant. Also the rooms were fairly cold due to the limit on what they could set temperatures on.

The staff and the value for the price you pay!

The elevator stopped working on the last day I was there and I was on the 6th floor so I had to used the stairs for the last day. I did bring it to the staff attention and at the end of the day they offered for me to change to a room in the first floor but it would have been more work for me to gather my stuff and move to another room and unpack and pack again since it was my last day!

For the short stays the hotel is in good value. It’s clean and I like the breakfast as well.

It is far from the main touristic areas. 20 min walk to metro for going main touristic areas. There is no hairdryer at the rooms.

Clean, well-ordered, kind staff, not noisy, fresh and good quality breakfast, access to public transport. They also had a special hanger to ask to skip the daily cleaning, which I appreciate, both in terms of privacy and environment.

The location IS accessible by public transport but it's a bit away from the center and it's not accissble by city bikes. Not that it's out of rich, but just not THE best place. Breakfast could use a few more savory options. Yet with the current price (only 8 euros) and the quality, the diversity is totally justified.

Great location. Simple but comfortable room. The quality and variety of the breakfast are good as well.

Some staff are a bit unfriendly with cold attitude, but I also met some warm staff~

I liked that the staff were helpful while I was there. The staff also made reasonable adjustments a few times for me which they did not have to do for example, provided phone charger and extended vheck out time which was okay to pay. The breakfast was good and included hot and cold breakfast. The scrambled eggs could have been cooked better but there are boiled eggs available. I liked the free tea/coffee area.

The shower area was a little small but it did its job. You get what you pay for.

The staff here are super friendly and really go over and beyond to support you. The breakfast selection is good, the rooms are clean daily, and the street is quiet. There are shops, supermarket, and bakeries. Public transport is close by, although I didn't use it during my stay. I would definitely come back!

Lovely breakfast and quiet calm location. Bedroom was clean and tidy for 3 of us.

The toilet room was quite small, but only there for the weekend, so was okay.

Friendly staff, personalised welcome card written in your language and another gift has been a very nice touch. Loved the breakfast.

The bathroom was extremely small with the tiniest shower I've seen, which makes things a bit challenging. Also a paper thin walls, so one can hear pretty much everything from other rooms, which can be a bit annoying.
