Only 8 minute walk to the 13 train and bus terminal

No air conditioning

Location. Near Metro and grocery store. Was in neighborhood you felt safe in.

Surprised you did not have housekeeping service everyday.

It has a good location.

It was depressing. Pictures do not match what you get. Felt like bait and switch.

Dirty floors, bathroom smelled. Wrong number of beds from reservation. Ridiculously small tv.

The size of the appartment, very comfy, with a comfortable bed and room temperature was good for a winter.

Missing some kitchen ustencil, but got the necessities.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with decent wifi and a kitchen corner, We went for an event in Asniers, and the location was perfect for us (not sure about going to central Paris)

One day we went to try their breakfast and it was a disaster; we had to wait for getting even clean plates and cups to say nothing about the food, It's a good job we didn't pay for breakfasts in advance

I loved how clean the room was, and the staff that day accommodated our request to check in early, which was much needed after a 15-hour flight. They were friendly, and the cleaners also gave us extra towels when we asked for some. The rooms were clean, especially the bathrooms, which were great. We'd stay here again.

When we arrived, we were told the air conditioning wasn't working because the people who were supposed to do it were on vacation. It's not really the hotel's fault, but it just made the room insanely hot during the daytime.

Clean Hotel, staff is nice and welcoming

The area ia not bad, however at night is sketchy, someone looks very sketch tried to follow us near a dark ally leading to the hotel, so i took a big detour, however overall just be careful

Only location, big room and most important - pets allowed for a good price

Everything extremely. Level of cleanliness,  below 0.dirty towels and duvets from previous guests.Generally, hair&dirty everywhere. Regarding staff? Either they look like trying to help and be nice, but don't speak a word in English. Not a single word in 2025 in hospitality.9 the ones who do speak are simply rude, unprofessional, unacceptable. The only exception Julia. Only one person in the whole Hotel who actually does her job, helps, is polite, provides service and speaks English.Oh,important,, if y go, for any reason in winter, plz take some extra clothes.rooms are super freezing, and the answer when y beg for a bit higher temp, literally begging as i got actually feverish there, the answer is "that's how it is, nothing we will do".I traveled under low budget,  with my dog, and the Hotel is part of the chain Accor. that's how I chose the Hotel. Still if I knew this attitude and conditions, I'd rather have paid a bit more and not step foot in this place.

Location Twin Beds

When i made the original booking there where 2 people travelling but i booked a room the hotel advertised as 2 Twin beds and a double bed, i booked this as there was a possibility a third person would join us, they did decide to join us, I informed the hotel and expected this would not be problem and expected to pay extra city tax for the third person. The Hotel then said the room was not suitable for 3 people and i would have to cancel my original booking and book a larger room as this the day before we travelled i did not have time to shop around. They then said they only had a 4 person room that would be much more expensive i felt they took advantage of the situation and frankly i felt ripped off.To add insult to injury when we arrived the room they gave us was a double bed and a double bed Settee we told them this was totally unacceptable as i had requested single beds as we were 3 single male friends and had told them this when i made both bookings, they did eventually put us in a room with 2 twin beds and a bed settee which i assume they count as a Double bed. No refund was forthcoming as we ended up in a room which was exactly as i originally booked

Location of hotel is near by metro station, around 5 min walking. room was clean and comfortable.

hallway was a bit messy and carpet was a bit dirty.

The reception staff was unprofessional. On the second night, the electricity went out in our room, and it took around two hours to prepare another room for us to move into. On the fourth night, while I was sleeping with my wife, the reception staff entered our room, saying he needed to verify my information as if I were a thief or a criminal. After checking, he told me they had made a mistake with my name the first time. On the night before our last stay, the hot water was cut off, forcing us to shower with cold water. Additionally, the noise from the elevator was unbearable, especially in front of room number 408

The staff and housekeeping create chaos in the morning while cleaning the rooms—it's a disaster.

The apartment is nice, clean, there are sheets, towels, bathtub, kitchen, the neighborhood is nice and calm, there are restaurants around and convenient transportation.

It was a bit chilly in the rooms and you can't adjust the heating. When we asked the staff, they told us that it was the perfect temperature and therefore not adjustable. They offered me blankets.

It was clean and close to the metro station, easy to get into Paris. We were checked in early and the hotel was fairly clean and well kept

Hot water was very scarce. Could not fill at hot bath and could not have two people shower after one another without it running out and becoming cold. The apartment had a rudimentary kitchen but hardly any countertop space so cooking was difficult, and we had to do the dishes and take out trash before check-out, something I expected would have been included for that price

Staff was Nice. The apartment was comfortable. Good looking building.

Our Bedroom was located above entrance. We heard the phone every time someone wanted to enter the building. Breakfast is too expensive for this kind of place.

Accessibility to Metro. Excellent hospitality by one Staff by the name OLIVIERA.

Water splashing outside the tiny bathroom with support staff not willing to clean or incur an extra charge. Polythene mattress cover is such a turn off. 3 days without room cleaning. Dark Stairs.

Private parking with direct access to the hotel via lift for as little as 15 euro a day

Basic dated corridor and some food smell from other rooms in the corridors

Friendly staff, clean room with everything essential.The water station was nice to have for refills.Thick curtains to blackout daylight for good sleep.

Clean, with plenty of cooking things and a comfortable bed

Far from downtown

Nice breakfast, great location (close to train station and supermarket), pleasant and helpful staff.

Bad air conditioning in the room/apartment and trash area not enjoyable.
