The hotel was clean, the staff were professyans the location was good

The hotel as advertised appeared to be more closely located near the main attractions within Paris; while essentially it was located outside of the Parisian districts and we wound up using more taxis than the conveniently located metro.

The hotel staff were very helpful and addressed any issues or concerns that we had. Excellent customer service

A bit of hassle to get to the city center. I would recommend the reception to anticipate a little orientation for the guests upon check-in.The metro line 13 is 2 mins from the hotel which is convenient if you already familiar with that, other than that check google maps for all your moves.

Room a little small but overall everything was fine

Very close to the Metro, Patisserie and Grocery store.Each room has a bar fridge and lots of space in the en-suite.

Dear I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property.1.Room Conditions:•The air conditioning in my room was not functioning, and the space was unbearably hot — comparable to a sauna.•On the second day, there was no hot water, and I was forced to boil water using the kettle just to take a shower.2.Serious Personal Safety Concerns:During my stay, I was unfortunately a victim of a fraudulent marriage involving the couple who accompanied me. I was subjected to emotional and verbal abuse by a man with a disability who repeatedly shouted at me every night, causing severe distress.I was shocked that no hotel staff intervened or contacted the authorities, despite the ongoing disturbance. At one point, this individual even threatened to falsely accuse me of assaulting a handicapped person if I attempted to leave the room — effectively trapping me there for the remainder of my stay.3.Request for Security Footage:I requested video footage from the lobby area during the times I was present, as I believe it is within my rights to access scenes that include me — particularly as I was in a vulnerable situation involving abuse.Unfortunately, my request was denied, even though this footage could have served as crucial evidence had I been able to pursue legal action in my country.I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of support, security, and transparency during this traumatic experience. The hotel failed to provide a safe environment, and denying access to the relevant security footage has only added to the injustice.I hope you take this matter seriously and respond accordingly.Sincerely,

Excellent location. Bus stop, metro, supermarket, boulangerie are all just outside the door. City center is 50-60 min is the only drawback. But we stayed here to be close to the air show at Le Bourget. Room was clean & modern. Although small it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here if we come back for the air show in two years.

Only thing we didn’t like were the ultra soft bed pillows. Not comfortable at all. The side tables for the bedside could have been a little larger.

Semi- sound proof room

The rooms are smaller than they look, not only that you cannot turn off the heater, or the so called air con was blowing warm air so it made the room extremely hot even with the window open and a fan on. Rooms were basically cleaned. The bathroom was still a little dirty. One of the biggest shockers is we rented this room because we had the option to cook there as it stated there was a little kitchenette but when we inquired about it, it turns out it’s €60 a day to cook in there which is outrageous and not even mentioned on the booking site, that was the whole point of booking this hotel but after swallowing that outrageous amount we decided we should do it we asked to cook and we got told no we are not allowed to cook because it will burn the place down or cause fire alarms to go off. The staff were interesting. One or two people smiled, and they were nice. The rest of them seem unfriendly. And in order to access the hotel if you parked and brought your own car, you need to go up a piss filled room and piss filled elevator absolutely disgusting smelly place, knocked us sick. I know that’s not necessarily the hotels fault but it’s a major inconvenience for hotel guests because it is hotel parking. Between not being allowed to cook and the hassle of going to and from our car and everything else mentioned, I really wish I could have gotten my money back and I would’ve booked elsewhere. Would not recommend

Hotel just 1 minute walk to the metro. Staff was friendly and check-in/out procedure was very efficient.

Some idiot started smoking in the room at 01:50, which caused an alarm to sound. All guests were at the lobby. I understand that this not the hotels fault. Falling to sleep again took some time.I would expect that the mangement in the morning would apoligize for the incovinence caused.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a super convenient location. Just 1 minute to the metro, pharmacy, halal food spots, and a great bakery. Supermarket is 2 minutes away, and the mosque is a 12-minute walk. Perfect for anyone looking for a clean place with everything nearby!

Property is amazing! Book this property without hesitation if you want something great and value for money. It’s 35 mins away from the downtown and hustle of the typical city places however, very well connected from all airports of Paris.

Would have loved to have an early checkin option available despite being genius level 3 member of Booking.com but that didn’t help either

Terrible, no food or nothing to eat.in breakfast. Not Clean and staff did not do nothing. New Director Just Smile. Not good hotel and nothing to do of Four star.

From garage to reception, smell a lot of that....sh.t

This is our favourite Hotel in Paris.Close to the Metro, mini supermarket and a beautiful patisserie.The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s underground parking. What more could you ask for?We will be back!

The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean. All of us enjoyed the Breakfast and our beds were very comfortable. we definitely recommend the place.

Our room outlets were broken but we used the USB connection instead to charge our phone so it was not a problem. Also, the counter above the fridge was broken but did not bother us.

Compared with other prices of the hotels in Paris, it is really good. Rooms are very modern. It’s 1 minute away from a metro station which you can go to Paris center in 30 minutes. We stayed 3 nights and every day room was cleaned perfectly. Free water, coffee machine and tea were good and they were renewed every day. In 1 minute walking distance there is a good supermarket. I didn’t have breakfast so I don’t have any comments on it. I strongly recommend it.

Really good breakfast, clean room, quite comfy beds, coffee machine and a small cooking facility in the room.

One of the lifts did not work properly so each time when we needed to go up to our room, we had to ask for the help from the reception. Another thing is the location of the hotel - it is basically at the suburbs of Paris. So be prepared to stay in an overcrowded metro coach every time you return back to the hotel in the evenings.

No English breakfast tea, everything else ! Means a lot to us. Food plentiful food and fruit.

English tea, and maybe location for us wasn’t too good. We went told Defense arena, so maybe should have been nearer. But fab hotel! Bathroom a little cold for us. But everything very clean

Location was great next to metro and outside Paris traffic

For whoever goes there make sure you feed the address for the parking garage in your nav system. Best hidden parking ever. Also only 2 elevators with one not accessible to guests, but attached to the single call button. So if that elevator is at the ground floor then you’re stuck until a staff member comes out
