Big rooms, friendly staff, clean, great location with nearby restaurants. Next to Metro. Would definitely stay here again

Great for access to La Defense and central Paris. Close to station, great staff who were very helpful.

Nothing. If I was picky we didn’t have a kettle, but we did have a coffee machine.

The location is very convenient for central Paris and La Defense - both only about 5 mins away on a regional train (which are lovely and modern). The hotel is very close to the train station.The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping was great.The room was modern, spacious, clean and had great facilities (good storage and a kitchenette).I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again on a future visit.

The heating / cooling system cannot be adjusted by the guest in the room, you have to contact reception. I stayed in the winter time, so there was only heating available through the system. Even without my room's heating on, the room would get very warm and I would need to open windows to cool it down. This may not be ideal for someone who is temperature sensitive when sleeping.

The hotel itself is beautiful, nice room. Good interior design.

Staff was untrustworthy, they went through the bags. Nothing was missing, probably were just looking for cash. No iron in the room and no bottled water from a trusted brand. Also no bathrobes

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff

Train line nearby woke one of our party up. Not a fault of the hotel though.

Welcome on arrival, Nancy and Maria helped with checkin and arranged to have our rooms available just before the normal check in time of 3pm. We got an upgrade and the rooms were perfect for our stay. Modern, spacious room, really comfortable beds, Marble floor to ceiling in the large bathroom and a small kitchen area for longer stays and an 80” TV just in case you wanted to stay in a watch TV when in Paris! We were there for RWC23 so it was only an overnight stay with our two daughters in the teens so we had two rooms and they both had river views and very very comfortable. I have stayed in many Paris Hotels and they can be small and dated. Our rooms 201 and 202 were front of the building and very modern . There is an elevator to each floor and a really nice breakfast area where Jade was serving and helped out with a tray so I could take some crossaints and orange juice up to the teenagers.

Not a dislike more a be aware that the shower is like a waterfall so best to be in the shower with the door closed before you turn it on.

The most thing I like the assistant from Maria, she is very nice and helpful person. She deserves bonus due to her attitude and assistance. The hotel itself is nice and cheaper than other hotels in regards of summer season.

The view is not good only to ward Toyota service center.Breakfast is less then average everything store bought, nothing fresh.Most of time they don’t change the towels until you ask.They hardly give you water, only in the check in

The rooms are nice and bigger than the average in Paris. Our room had a nice huge bathroom.

The location is not good. Quite far from everything we wanted to do.Because it is a hotel with few rooms, tge breakfast Choice was not so great and they closed the breakfast at 09.30, so we didn't have time for it.

It’s always so clean. Staff are sooo lovely: and always go above and beyond for me whenever I’m in town. It’s the only place I stay when I’m in london. I left my AirPods last month and they knew I’d be back soon; so they kept them for me. and made sure they were fully charged! it’s the attention to detail that makes the stays here spectacular.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The food refills were a bit slow, but that is ok. I ate less! The fresh juice and cheeses were really good.
