    • The staff were very nice. The room was very clean and functional. There were plenty of places to eat within two blocks and everyone was very friendly. Inexpensive.
    • Closing the the metro
    • Horrible management and would not give a refund despite me not even staying there or being in the city.

    Cons -

    • My room, 11, was over the front door and I kept hearing people open and close the door for a few hours after I went to bed. The hotel location is not near the major tourist spots, but the train is 1 block away and easy to use.
    • The towels are unclean and has lots of taints. New one and again new one all towels are not clean, I made photos all of them. There is no any slipper at the room. I have a lot of thibgs should say but I dont have space here
    • Unbelievable horrible business. They wouldn?t answer my phone call and then did answer and hung up three times. I never stayed at the hotel and they still charged me.

Close to the train station, only 3 minutes walk. Lots of local supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean.

Very nice aria next to train station two stops love this spot in paris

    • Breakfast was great, fresh and we had everything we needed• the location was very good, not too far from the city center, the hotel is right next to the train station, you can get downtown in approximately 30 min• the staff was absolutely great, very polite, always smiling and helpful • the room was just like the photos, a bit small but parisian ??

The only think that we would "change" would be the socket next to the bed, it was for USB, not the regular socket so the one of us had to charge their phone on the other side of the room which was a bit uncomfortable. This is more of a suggestion rather a change

The location was great. Comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again

The bathroom door was very difficult to open and close

I like the coziness, tranquil and nice staff services

The breakfast in hotel is a good classic French breakfast but suggest they change the food menu items every week

Close to train station and shops. Walkable. Not too far from the city.

The beds were hard to sleep on and made too much noise in the night when you moved around. The bunk beds also didn’t seem sturdy.

They took my money receptionist is very rude

Located in nice quiet area, close to the train station which takes you to Saint-Lazare station in 15 minutes and trains depart very often, no problem with the noise inside the room, comfy beds, room being cleaned everyday. Also right outside there is a bakery (or multiple), so that was a big plus :)

The room could be bigger (I understood that I'm ordering the smaller one), really no space for two people (only 1 chair) to sit and have snack besides one being on bed/floor. Also a fridge would be appreciated.

Modern decor, newly refurbished. Room a good size. Breakfast included was very good.

Arrived at 1am due to a delayed flight and found everything in darkness, didn’t realise the hotel closed at midnight. Few little stains that looked like blood on the sheets and pillow case.

    Very good

The free WIFI connection on the 4th floor needs to be improved. The signal is “poor”

I liked the location of the hotel. Everything was relatively close - transport for the city centre, superparket, café or bakeries.

I didn't like that I could hear quite clearly water flushing from different rooms or when people in different rooms showered. It did wake me up at night a few times.

The stay was great, it was just for one night. The bathroom very clean. Also the breakfast area was perfect to work a little bit.

The bed clothing had a bit of hair, probably just a bit cleaning up that but the rest was wonderful.

Sub Hotel is located at 2 RER train station far from the city center, so it's not easy to say "I will have a walk here in the neighborhood" cause there's nothing around. Luckily, the train and bus stations are super close and it's easy to reach the city center!Check-in and check-out were super and super fast, the staff is nice and they were ready to answer any questions! The elevator is small, but big enough to carry a big luggage and 2 small girls like me and mum.Breakfast was simple but had the essentials that could make it go through the day till dinner!Talking about the room, we stayed on a Superior (room 38, at the end of the corridor) and it was big enough to fit 2 people, I can't imagine the Comfort rooms. The bathroom was nice, and renewed, missed only a couple of hangers for the towels to dry.Bed was comfy enough, pillows a little bit less, but if you're really tired, it works!Attention to the heater! You need to be able to use your phone in order to make it work.

AC could be set before the arrival of the guests, the room was cold and I had to download an app + connect via Bluetooth to have a warm room. Not sure an old person could manage to do what I did.And a small thing, having a couple of hangers in the bathroom will be nice and at least 2 bottles of water in the room, instead of adding the water in the kettle.

Compared to what I've seen of hotel options in paris within this price range, this place is incredible. It's very clean, no odors or weird stains, everything was in order. The view from our room wasn't spectacular, but it was charming and let it plenty of natural light. Breakfast was a bit pricey but very good.

It was kind of cramped. The elevator may be a weird thing to focus on here but it couldn't fit two people + luggage which meant we had to bring our bags up one person at a time, and discovered the hard way that if you ride up without a room key, the door simply won't open to let you out. You can get into the elevator and go up to your floor just fine, but you can't exit and the door won't open from the outside either. I don't even understand how they got it to work like that but it's nightmarish. The size also means you can't fit any large mobility devices in there and you certainly can't get up the stairs if you're reliant on one, which I'd keep in mind if you're travelling with a wheelchair. The walls are also Extremely thin. Normally not an issue for me except that there was someone shouting on the phone next door to us until 1am, which isn't the hotel's fault, but worth noting if noise is a problem for you

    Just location is good

The room was very cold It was very noisy and I couldn't relax at all.And price has changed with site

Cleanest hostel room / bathroom I’ve ever stayed in, reception and eating areas are very nice. Great price for what you get!!

It’s about 3 train journeys away from the main tourist sights, but the journey isn’t too bad, and I can’t really fault the hotel itself for that. The kitchen is strictly closed at nighttime and I was told I couldn’t even fill up my water bottle when I got in at night, nor access the fridge, which isn’t great, but not too big of a deal!

    1AadilPosted on: 10-21-2024

Stated breakfast was included then was asked 5 euro for egg and bread

There is no parking on site, travelled with family and main priority was parking which was false advertising
