Relais Spa Val d'Europe

We have stayed here four times now for longer stays. What I like most is that the rooms are apartment style, with a small refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. There is a lot of storage space. And the pool is great.

For this trip, the communication pre-arrival was not great. They more than made up for it once we arrived.

Some of Breakfast staff are not friendly at all

The location is perfect if you are going to Disneyland. 3minutes away by car and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to and from. Staff were nice.

The room was very average. Everything felt so cramped in there. Breakfast was poor, both on the food side and the facilities. One toaster for a room with about 50 people in there. The Spa was only ok, jacuzzi wasn't working one of the night we were there and the whole spa was closed on another day

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it. Chris and Jeremy were fantastic and made a real difference with their friendly and helpful service. The restaurant was excellent with great food and attentive staff and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall a very good stay ?

The only downsides were that the safe did not work and likely needs a new battery and the room door needs attention because it doesn’t lock smoothly and takes effort to secure.

Location proximity to disney and val d Europe shopping centre ( remember turn left when exiting the hotel and not right in what the maps states as it long way round ) Driving shuttle bus.

I found The drivers of shuttle bus can be rude and seem annoyed they have to pick you up. They drive erratic on the road and seemed to be pressure for time. Drivers are front of house and should not show that they don’t like their jobs We pay a lot of money to be treated with respect no matter who you are. Stayed in an executive. Room they stated free drinks and light snack they suppose leave Just watch it. Front area hotel room can be nosier

Very elegant and has everything. There’s spa, restaurants, breakfast, all meals. Shuttle to Disney. I’m impressed.

Friendly staff, location, very convenient shuttle service to/from Disneyland!

The breakfast is overpriced compared to the variety offered. It would be much better if the breakfast is complimentary for children.

The property was clean, easy to navigate and the rooms were a good size.

Super friendly spa, right next to the outlet village , they had a shuttle to go to Disney or anywhere around 5 km for free , their spa is beyond excellent

This hotel was excellent and we would have nothing negative to say about it. Staff polite and helpful, restaurant had lovely food, the spa was perfect and the room was comfortable and clean. Perfect to stay if you want to go to Disney as they provide a free shuttle which takes you in the back end of Disney so you miss all the rush time queues making the trip more relaxing. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends.

Cleaning the room is not good. Very superficial cleaning. Some employees are very rude other are friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. Both the location and the staff are excellent, and they help with everything. Having their own shuttle to Disney is a huge advantage — we were very comfortable. If I come again, I would stay here once more.”

We stayed in a family room. There was a small kitchen inside the room; items like the pan were a bit worn out, so it would be good if they were replaced.”

Amazing staff and great rooms

A terrace bar or a outside section of the present bar where you could smoke would be excellent. That amazing whisky selection deserves a cigar ;)

Clean and the location is good. The take you to Disneyland whenever you like

The shuttle drivers were nice and pleasant to talk with.

This was not a good hotel for families staying for Disneyland. The pool has extremely limited hours kids can be in the pool, and then when we did go during the kid hours (3-5pm), we were told the children need to swim quietly so they don’t disturb the other guests. They made it clear to us children were not welcome. The hotel breakfast was fine, but expensive for children who couldn’t find anything aside from the Coco puffs to eat. The couch bed was not made up for the kids and had to request multiple times for assistance to prepare the bed when we were trying to get the kids to sleep. Overall we thought that this would be a good close option near Disneyland, but then were made to feel that children were not welcome.

The staff was very polite and always on top of things. Additionally the shuttle service to Disneyland was easy to use and reliable.

All was amazing .. the only thing was they didn’t have room service at the time we booked our stay. Overall shuttle service from and to Disney Land and the outlet was very convenient.

We had to talk to the receptionist every day to adjust the air conditioning temperature as it was warm in the living room area in our suite as it was mid August
