Best Western Hotel Grand Parc

The price for the Disney area. It's not far from Disney at all and still in a quiet area where you can relax from Disney too. Nice shops and restaurants all around too.

Double bed with twin bed in most rooms.

Bathrooms need full renovation and to be fully cleaned regularly. There were balls of dust under the sink.

The receptionist , she went beyond what was expected. Even on her day off she helped us out and talked about things to do in Paris. She was so patient with the new help and understanding.

No shuttle to Disneyland Paris. The eggs were a little mushy, watery.

The hotel was close enough to the Disney parks, only a $7 Uber.

The room was even smaller than expected. Booked the triple, could not even turn around. Breakfast is $15 per person, per day. Even though when booking it said breakfast included.There is no shuttle to parks. Left early even knowing no refund.

The price was good and basically you got what you paid for. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Somewhat isolated in a sleepy location with little nearby activity.

When I pulled up, most of the staff was outside smoking. The bathroom smelled like fish. Breakfast is $15 Euros per person. No fridges or microwave in the rooms. No shuttle to the parks.

Actually I dont have anything good yo say about that hotel.

The staff was terrible, and it wasn't only mine opinion. When in the evening I went down with my 7 years old son, to get some water from the water dispenser ( no water in the room), the receptionist run to us saying that if my son wants to drink water I have to go to the bar and buy it for 3 euros. We were treated as we were stealing, even though there was no information that you can not get the water from that dispenser. Everything was old and broken in this hotel: jackuzzi brokeni, no coins (change) for kids games that were next to the reception ,stinking carpets, no towels in the room, and when we asked for them the receptionist was angry that he has to go to get them for us.Certainly shocking experience to me. As I am travelling often to France for work, I can say that I was never treated in such a way in any french hotel. Also I liked the BW hotels chains before, but now verrrrrry not. My opinon: this place is to be avoided.

The room was quiet. The staff were super nice. The hotel overall met my expectations.

We stayed on the third floor far from the elevator. The overhead lights in the hall were not on day or night. It made for a dark walk back to our room which was uncomfortable.

Overall there wasn't anything we liked. We were miserable from the heat.

My husband and I stayed for two nights, June 2025. Both nights the air conditioning system was out in the hotel. It was extremely hot in the room and entire building and there were no fans. When bringing this to the staffs attention, we were told that the technician didn't work on weekends. This was truly disappointing.

if you wanna go to disneyland, this hotel is very close to it. easy to reach the public transport.

I booked for classic room for 4 days and 3 nights, however I got another room with 3 single bed inside the room, where the room was very small. I couldnt be able to place my luggage properly since I came 2 of us with big luggage.

The front desk personnel were quite helpful and friendly. Very lovely lot! Hotel is about 15 minutes away from Disneyland.

Staffs are nice and very helpfull, pretty close to disney considering the area. spacious parking spot for free.

the airco is dirty many dust make my allergic reaction appear. and the airco make sounds really hard even with the smallest fan option. in the end it is quite humid room and no good air circulation. I asked room without tub and for 2 people end up getting room for 4 (bunkbed on the side) and a tub - in the end i don't get room i want. you can hear noise from other room and floor above easily. shower is very slow rate, it takes forever to shower.

Perfect hotel for a Disney base at a reasonable price. We had a great stay. Easy to Uber about £10 each way and we never waited more than 5 minutes. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Great for kids as it has a little arcade and outdoor area. Breakfast was good, delicious scrambled eggs and pancakes/pastries for little ones.Lovely little village location, has a bakery and Carrefour express for stocking up on snacks and can recommend the restaurant just across the road for amazing food. 10 minutes walk to a retail park with Lidl, KFC and Italian restaurant.
