I had a nice stay and I recommend this place for families.The location is fantastic, quiet yet conveniently close to various facilities.My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.It's just an 8-minute drive to Disneyland and also near an outlet mall.

The hotel was lovely and very clean, kids loved the pool. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, so comfortable.

As a group we met to have drinks in the bar, however, the barman was not particularly helpful and made us feel like an inconvenience

Nice rooms close to Disneyland Paris. Great restaurants within walking distance. Nice staff.

i couldn't control the a/c temp in my room it was so hot as some points , we asked the front to change it to our desired temp and they said they would gladly do it, all night the temp never changed and we were so hot

For three nights out of

For three nights during my visit, around 11pm each evening, there was persistent banging and noise which sounded like it was coming from just outside my window. It turned out the disturbance was actually coming from the room above.On the final night, I asked for assistance. However, I was simply told that someone had stood outside my room and couldn’t hear anything. With respect, I did not ask for someone to stand outside my door – I had hoped that someone would go upstairs and speak directly to the residents causing the disruption.As a result, my children were kept awake for most of the night and were quite scared by the constant noise. I feel this situation was not handled properly, and it certainly fell short of what I would expect.I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know what steps will be taken to ensure better handling of similar situations in the future.

The hotel is only 15min drive to Disneyland and next to a shopping centre where you have all sorts of restaurants and a Lidl supermarket.

It would’ve been great if the breakfast labels also had English on them so help non-French speaking guests.

Lovely, welcoming staff who did all they could to help with requests. Very stylish, modern decor, spotlessly clean. Perfect location to visit Disneyland Paris. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately, our room, 237, had a specific problem with noise. Each night, around 11pm (which is around the time me and my wife wanted to settle to sleep) there was a long period of clattering about somewhere in the hotel. It sounded like someone building flat pack furniture. It was very noticeable. The noise would last for maybe half an hour to an hour and then stop. I assume it was the restaurant, clearing up and moving tables after the evening to set up for breakfast. It was also possible to hear many doors closing. Having said this we did not hear people in the room next to us. Unfortunately, having spent hundreds of pounds to stay here, the least I would expect is a room quiet enough to get to sleep in.

Location was good close to disney land and shops nearb

There was a few hairs found on the pillow, bathroom etc as someone who is a clesn freak it put me off or else would have been perfect

Breakfast was generally poor as there isn’t enough staff to handle the amount of customers which is made worse by staff standing round chatting when tables needed clearing and buffet needed replenishing. Room was quite small for 4 people. Room hadn’t been cleaned well on arrival. Fruit peelings left from previous guest on the floor and quite a few hairs found around the room/bathroom.

The location is good if you decide to stay for 1 night.The sheets were covered with black hairs. The breakfast was very poor. We waited for scrambled eggs for 20 minutes (( I can recommend it if you stay for 1-2 nights.

I am beyond disappointed and angry with this company. I booked accommodation and paid in full, only to arrive in a different country with my children and find out we had no place to stay. They took my money and completely ignored all my messages — no replies, no help, no explanation. I was left stranded in a foreign country with my kids, stressed and scrambling to find somewhere else last minute. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright heartless. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Beware — they will take your money and leave you in the worst possible situation

The staff were one of the best I've seen there are not enough words to describe how wonderful and professional everyone is. I really want to send a big shout out to everyone I've dealt with, they were very professional and courteous, either going the extra mile to suit our needs or being a step ahead. Really marvellous. Also the restaurant is a fantastic experience, starters, mains, desserts, cocktails, wine list, above the usual 4*, better than many 5*. Good car park and an easy drive to Disneyland or other places. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The swimming pool wasn't available, it's a shame as I would really like to use it. Other hotels on booking.com warned the customers that the pool is not available, if I knew this one wasn't I wouldn't have booked it. It's not fair this hotel appears on the list when I ticked the box for swimming pool. It has swimming pool but not available...

The room was too small. No fridge, my son saw a fly in the food and had to call one of the staff to remove it and bring another one. The pastry were not well covered. A man sneeze on his hand and used that same hand to cut the bread. I didn't eat throughout the stay. I want to try their boiled egg and it was not fresh. Am just pissed off this is the worse holiday ever in Paris. The staff are friendly though. My son and my friend son we came together vomited all night. The pool is so dirty. Am not happy here at all. The coffee machine wasn't working on the first day.
