Very friendly and professional staff, clean and warm rooms, 1 min walking from the metro 9 station, basic breakfast, small bathroom and shower but for me it was ok

Little noisy not isolated

Wonderful stay made special by the exceptionally kind and generous staff. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and rest inside the warm hotel lobby, both before check-in and after check-out.With the cold weather outside, this gesture was truly thoughtful and helpful.

No elevator, but it’s common in Paris

No lift was there, but enough space and well equipped. Near metro station and easy access to the center of Paris.

Nightmare.

Very dangerous location. I had issues with my room, the lock key was practically hanging off. The toilet still had a bin bag full from the previous guest. There was mould in the toilet ceiling. I had booked 5 nights and only stayed 1 due to those problems. I contacted booking for a refund and had immense issues, not a sorry for the bad experience, no assistance whatsoever, terrible customer service experience. I didn’t even get my money back.I do not recommend this property and neither booking for not taking those concerns ahead. Evident health and safety concerns as well as security.

The place is tidy and safe . It’s easy to move around (metro/RER) . There are plenty of social venues to meet for business . The staffs are very professional

The property is clean and tidy . It’s litetally round the corner from metro station which takes you straight to central Paris within 15 minutes . There is a park , 15 minutes away ,which is ideal for running . Moreover , there are both a swimming pool round the corner & a gym . This is an ideal spot for a professional who wants to focus on work !

Clean, simple, and basic room, quite far from the center, but well connected with a metro right outside of the hotel

There is an ongoing road construction right in front of the hotel, which might make the view not appealing. It is also a bit tough to walk with a luggage to the hotel

As a professional I found the space safe (I could leave my expensive equipments), clean , strong internet connection .

The room was hot and I kept open the window during the night. At 3h in the morning started noise from the road.

We usually stay right in the centre of town if possible but Paris prices were sooo expensive we tried a few metro stops out of town. This was a great wee place. Very basic but great value. Lovely fellow on the front desk, he was so pleasant. Although out of town the area (Montreull?) was brilliant with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. And it is about 2 minutes from the Metro We would happily return to the area and this hotel.

We liked it as it was great value and staff were very nice but it is basic with virtually no storage for clothes (but it was spotless) and the stairs are steep!So maybe not for all.

For an overnight stay the hotel was ideal. It is close to the Metro and we found somewhere nice to eat close by.

I think it suited a couple more than a family. Ideal for a one night stay as we were travelling early the next morning.Shame there wasn’t a fan in the room.

Very clean. A small fan was provided for cooling on a warm night. Bed and pillow comfortable.

Shower recess grouting is incomplete and a bit mouldy in places. Can hear some sounds from adjoining rooms but not too bad. Construction work in streets nearby so tricky for pedestrians.

The staff were so nice and so sweet. They helped me a lot with the luggage and the stay.

The stay was uncomfortable because of people making loud noise and playing TV all night long. I lost my sleep for a whole night before a long flight.

This is a perfectly good little hotel in Montreuil. Staff are charming and friendly and it's great being able to check-in until late. It's right nearby Croix de Chavaux metro, which makes it very convenient. I live in the neighbourhood but couldn't accommodate my nephew for one night while he was visiting Paris, so this was a great and economical alternative (an equivalent in central Paris would have been far more expensive).

Well location, and a safe area - very close to the main Metro line, with efficient connections in any directions.Multiple possibilities for eating, pedestrian and shopping area nearby.
