The room was perfect. A bit small, but good enough in size for two people. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good enough, although not super varied. The staff were the nicest ever (literally everyone we spoke to!), and the hotel was spotlessly cleaned.

Breakfast could have a bit more options in food, and there were no lactose and gluten free options, which as a lactose intolerant person is a bit disappointing. But it was good enough anyway.

Convenient to local shops and Metro

No kettle or fridge in room. Water pressure was poor for showering.No gluten free breakfast alternative available.

There is a problem with plumbing, the sink does not empty. We asked for a fix, they provided us a new room which was very small, so we had to pack our bugs 2 times and return back to the initial room. Afterwards, they fixed it temporarily, but after 2 days we had the same problem.Room was not cleaned every day.Moreover, during check out we requested from the staff a simple facilitation which was in their benefit: To leave a suitcase at the luggage room, since we went for a 1-day trip, come back the next day and stay for one more night. They refused, so we booked another hotel.

The property was in a great location, everything was of a cheaper than in Paris central

1. The hotel is next to the metro station. It's 2 mins of walking to the hotel. Very convinient to reach to the downtown paris by metro.2. Breakfast is included many choices, foods.

No coffee / tea in the room on arrival. Staff not friendly at all and not facilitating when you need an business invoice, even when it is expressly requested it during the booking. They finally weren’t able to issue one correct invoice mentioning the cost of the room payed through booking + the local taxe fees.Plus they had the ppl staying in the room to pay for the extra local taxe fees on the check-in (usually it is asked on the check-out), and we had clearly mentioned during the booking process it was for a business trip and when the person staying in the room told them that someone from the company was about to arrive to pay the fees.

Breakfast was fine

Asking was Iron had one but no ironing board Reasons for stay was attending a wedding. So was difficult to iron the shirt on the bed. No kettle in the room. Most hotel I have stayed, always had one and coffee and tea bags available. Pillows very uuncomfortable specially the squares one.Room was a bit small hardly any space to get ready.

Hotel location was good; close to everywhere (boulangerie, cafe, restaurant, market, metro) and my room was good i felt good, and a young man in reception Beltoon is very frienly Thank you.

The BEST thing was Celia at the front desk! She was kind and helpful! I’d come again and tell others just because of her!

No Bed Side Table in the Room - overall the view and our stay was great.

The Reception Team are not friendly enough, not acknowledging the guest in a correct manner...
