The location was good. So close to metro in 2 minutes by walk. And you can get to city center easily with the metro.

They gave us only one towel in the beginning, then I asked for one more. Also the walls in the bathroom had a little bit black fungi

The hotel were very dirty, fatal cleaning services, some lights didn’t work , the photosShowed on the web are very different!!

It's near from metro station Robespierre. We can keep the luggage after check out on the reception safely.

The room is small.The elevator is small n unique.

Disappointing

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The images displayed on the booking website do not reflect the actual property; they appear to be from a completely different place. The hotel itself is extremely old and poorly maintained. Rooms were small, lacked proper ventilation, and the bathrooms were cramped and not particularly clean. Noise from other guests was highly disruptive, significantly affecting the quality of our sleep.While the staff were polite and welcoming, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning on future visits to Paris.

The location was very good, near the metro.The bed was comfortable.The bathroom was small, some rooms didn't have proper doors.There was a smell of cigarettes in the hallway.

I stayed at Hôtel Robespierre Ex Idéal Hôtel Paris – Montreuil from January 25th to 28th, 2025, with my family, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience.Upon arrival, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The lobby was dirty, and there were three cats sitting in the breakfast area. Despite this, we remained optimistic and checked in. To our shock, we were told that the "apartment" we booked was located outside the hotel in a separate, abandoned area. We had to walk in pouring rain with all our luggage, climb stairs in the wet conditions, and once inside, the apartment was filthy, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the photos. It was uninhabitable.We immediately requested two rooms inside the hotel. After more hassle, we were given two small rooms, but they lacked basic amenities. We had to drag our luggage in the rain once again to reach these rooms. At that point, it was late, and we had no choice but to spend the night.The next morning, we decided to leave and booked a different hotel. This experience was not only frustrating but also ruined the start of our trip. We wasted money on a room we couldn't use, had to pay for a taxi to another hotel, and lost valuable time.I would not recommend this hotel. It was nothing like what was advertised, and I feel it’s important for others to be aware of the poor conditions and lack of hospitality. Avoid at all costs if you're looking for a pleasant stay in Paris.

Location, friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi was down for most of our stay. The property lacks basic essential maintenance. Small tasks easy to undertake, but left not done, lets down the property.

For a budget hotel close to Paris you can't complain, close to the metro and easy access into Paris via the metro and an uber which wasn't too expensive. If you're looking for somewhere to just get your head down on a budget it's ideal. The hotel was home to some cats which was nice to see.

The location itself wasn't the best if you aren't looking to venture out, the room was very basic with little to no facilities. The room itself had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke which as smokers ourselves we thought was quite bad so spent a lot of time with the window open which lead the room to be cold and the street was very noisy. The room could do with a deep clean and some modernisation, but we didn't expect too much for the price. Beds weren't the comfiest and we only had 1 small pillow so we didn't sleep too well.

Everything from the room, lift, toilet and breakfast everything was poor

This hotel is not supposed to be counted among hotel so dirty and smalling so bad my room weedow wad not workin and can't open nor ventilation. And the pent on walls were already peeling ? off so horrible ? but the receptionist was so nice and professional but the establishment is zero?

The first room we were given STUNK of cigarettes so I went downstairs to the desk and complained

The heating wasn't turned on and the breakfast, however tasty, wasn't as filling . But for the price it's adequate I guess.

I had a great stay at your hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, making my visit truly enjoyable. I definitely will return one day.

Hotel is very closed to Metro, many shops and restaurants around, clean room with heating, every day we get clean towels, continental breakfast were nice

When I was reading comments about hotel I was scared, please dont believe it, I can recommended staying in this hotel

They have cats. One of them, scarlet, was a super sweet greeter.

The area is a little sketchy.
