Parking. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Clean.

The price was right for a last minute need, and location was perfect for a meeting down the street. The room is very basic, like an Ibis Budget. The staff at night was nice, but they need to refrain from eating strong smelling food that wafts into the public area :(.

A terrible smell of rotting or fermented fish at reception during check-in at night! Smelled like someone had a very strongl smelly ethnic dinner in the back room. I almost gagged. Ugggh! The room itself also smelled funny.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. The hotel has a private parking area right next to the property, which was very convenient.

On the floor where we were staying, there was an unpleasant smell in the hallway. Luckily, the room itself was clean and did not have the same smell. The property is also farther than we expected — it took about 45 minutes with several transfers to reach the Eiffel Tower.

The large clean room. This location suits me needs ?. Near the bus and metro station. When I returned to Paris, I would stay here.

It was easy to check in and rooms were clean.

Not the hotel's fault but there was no water in the morning. None of our traveling were able to take showers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first staff member (a white lady at reception) was extremely rude and unhelpful. She gave me a room with a window that could not be closed properly. Because of this, I had to deal with noise from outside, rain coming in, and very cold temperatures during the night.When I politely asked to change the room, she refused in a rude manner, did not communicate properly, and relied on Google Translate while repeating the same thing with a very unfriendly attitude. It felt discriminatory and unprofessional.Fortunately, the next day another staff member was on duty, and she was much kinder. She listened to my issue and immediately helped me change to a proper room.Overall, my stay was negatively affected by the poor service of the first receptionist. Management should seriously look into training staff to treat all guests with respect and provide basic hospitality

The personal, staff rude. No one speak Spanish there and they said will be a girl speaking Spanish. Was a lie.

This is not the kind hotel you book for a romantic night in Paris. That doesn’t make this a bad hotel! Just to be sure you have the right expectation. Huge parking place. Clean rooms. Decent bed. Great lady at the lobby who made me feel welcome with her friendly smile and small talk. You won’t be able to see the Eiffel tower from your room, but I am sure there is a bus or so that will take you there.

I experienced confusion at checkout because some cash payments and my parking use were not recorded. This resulted in an unnecessary back-and-forth with the reception staff. That said, I really appreciated the receptionist's great sense of humour.

It was really clean and confortable. The room was nice and clean.

I broke my toe the same day I arrive because of the « Cale Porte » something to stop the door from the wall. I told them that and I ask for ice and nobody didn’t do nothing for me. I had so much pain. I went 3 times to the desk and they didn’t ask me how that happen nothing. I was really désappointed. I couldn’t walk… it was really bad..

It needs more room facilities like water boiler, fridge and so.

Nothing I booked the hotel paid €71 euro and when we got there they said is full and no rooms available. Me and my fiance we slept in the car after 20 h of driving we wanted to sleep for 2-3 h and keep going our way back home. And we slept in parking spot for 2 h

Unpleasant smell in the corridor (in the room things were fine though), and really small bathroom. Reception area is grim compared to other B&B. Roadworks right in front of the hotel meant another 10 minutes by car through little streets to get to it.

Rude staff and our room was on the ground floor next to the kitchen and locker room

Clean room. Big window and fairly spacious. Close to restaurants. Easy quick check in.

Bathroom sinks didn’t work properly, the water took a few minutes to drain. Far from main town.

Good Hotel, But Disappointed by Reception ServiceThe hotel itself was good and overall comfortable, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet my expectations. I especially want to mention my experience at the reception: the lady at the front desk was not friendly — when I asked for information, she responded in a rather arrogant and unhelpful way, which left a bad impression.On the other hand, the gentleman at reception was kind and helpful, and I appreciate his assistance.The hotel has potential, but better customer service at the front desk would really improve the experience.
