Staff was really nice and bed was comfortable

A very strong smell of DEAD animals in the bathroom. This is probably caused by Bad/Cheap piping so not solvable.

Breakfast was ok - a great variety for a simple breakfast. Best to get down early to beat the rush.

it takes 35 minutes to get to the main part of the city by metro, but that was expected they forgot to bring us toilet paper when we asked for extra

Loved the comfy bed. The breakfast seemed kinda simple from afar but it was with fresh produce, got everything we needed and it was stocked regularly so nothing was missing.

The staff at the reception : they were always preoccupied with their phones and chatting with their coworkers. Not that open to answering questions ( french is my native language so it wasn’t the language barrier) and we got a huge eye roll when we asked for our receipt being printed in the end.

Location, breakfast and cleanliness. The room space and bathroom size were good. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good and tasty and fresh. Located near bus and metro stops. The view from the room was good. There are a good number of restaurants just next to the hotel.

The room rate was a bit high.

There has been a miscommunication with the checkout time, but the staff was friendly and we managed to find a common agreement, very much appreciated

Garage under the hotel with direct access to reception and accommodation floors was excellent. Breakfast was good enough. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

The position and garaging facilities were not obvious at the time of booking. The place is rather impersonal.

Breakfast not good enough, more options should be included. the location is fair enough. Easy to access the metro and buses. Also, there are shops around for convenient shopping.

Two singles bed for couples:

•Breakfast was good.•The hotel was clean.•Reception staff were kind and welcoming.•Conveniently located inside the outlet mall.•The staff promptly handled a small room cleaning incident involving one of my child’s favorite T-shirts, for which we are grateful.

•The outlet mall was mostly abandoned, with only a few open stores (Adidas, KFC, a couple of restaurants which wasn’t good , and a small supermarket with limited selection).

We booked for four people, but we wanted to change because due to a setback we were only 3 people.It was not possible because the structure redirected us to Booking, and booking did not respond to us.I guess that the only way to change was to cancell the reservation.I always use booking but i don't know if in the future

Every thing was fine

Hair dryer was provided. Staff was kind and bfast was good and quick service.

No water bottles in room and just one green tea. Pillows were small and fewer in number.
