Four Points by Sheraton Ha Giang

Clean, modern and comfortable. Such a needed stay after doing the Ha Giang Loop. We were only there 1 night but will definitely come back.

Amazing 4-star quality hotel in the heart of Ha Giang, much nicer than I expected to find in this area, and the room rate was very affordable thru Booking.com. The spa/sauna is a great addition, especially after returning from the strenuous Ha Giang loop (self-riding :)... Food was pretty good in the restaurant, pool was great for lap swimming, really long pool.

One of the rooms we stayed in had some glitches in the thermostat, either only A/C, or only heat available, had to call maintenance to fix, but they were very fast and responsive anytime we needed help. The sauna/steam rooms are left off when not in use, so it takes about 15min once you arrive to let things heat up, but once they're on, it's amazing. One of the rooms had a very noisy HVAC system that made it a bit hard to sleep w/o ear plugs, but I'm sure they will fix soon, and the first room we stayed in was super quiet.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are awesome and the bed is so comfortable. I booked a massage at their spa and it was the best one I had in a month long stay in Vietnam. The staff are so kind and helpful, the bartender at the rooftop bar was so sweet, the front desk people were amazing.

There are not a lot of food options close to the hotel

Our stay was absolutely amazing – this is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in Vietnam. Everything was perfect. Large comfortable rooms, great view, delicious breakfast, high quality of construction and furnishings. If you’re reading this considering booking after your Ha Giang Loop tour, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I stayed with my 6.5 year old daughter. Having been dropped off at 3pm, we essentially postponed our 6h return to Hanoi by 24 hours and my word this was the best decision ever. Room was on 17th floor, incredible views. We headed straight for the pool which is gorgeous with swim floats, flippers and balls for kids (also peaceful for adults with poolside beds). We skipped breakfast so can’t comment on that but there’s a shopping centre literally next door with a great food court and floors with a soft play, roller skating, bumper cars, kids painting activities - and massage chairs for adults. Paradise for my daughter. For adults, there are some nice coffee shops again just outside and a hotel lobby bar. The hotel gave us a free late check out until 2pm then we headed back to the pool again, completely refreshed for our car back to Hanoi. For the price we paid, this was a bargain and if you can spare the extra day, do it. Pool is open 6am-10am and 2pm-7pm.

Was no real problem for us but we had a problem with our fridge, engineer came and fixed it in 5 minutes! No drinks in minibar. We went up to the 20th floor to see the bar but it was closed (must be lovely when it’s open so hopefully they sort this out).

The interior of the hotel was a beautiful modern building, all very new, nicely designed, and in perfect condition. I was sick so we wanted a warm and comfortable place to rest and recuperate and this was perfect. We had very attentive service and would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing at all. Just want to gatekeep this amazing (I mean it's not an unknown brand, it's a Marriott) place.

Brand new, well designed hotel with huge,spotless guest rooms and plentiful breakfast. We went for spa treatments (30%off made the price reasonable for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel). The deep tissue massages by Pink and Sakura were exceptional. Also Sakura, who manages the spa, went above and beyond helping me with an external laundry service that I needed to communicate with. Service at the bar and restaurant was just fine - a few communication issues but nothing that I’d mark as a negative.

Amazing hotel. New since December but they have everything running smoothly. Room, amenities, service was simply top-notch. Jasmine at the front desk really went above and beyond to help us catch our bus. A+ totally recommend!

A really great hotel & we had a very spacious room & bathroom. The pool & gym are fantastic & the staff are very friendly. As the hotel is fairly new, there aren’t many guests & so the room rate is very reasonable for what you get.

Excellent hotel in Ha Giang. Very new, very clean, very nice, very well located.We stayed one night before starting the Ha Giang loop and one after finishing it.Staff is gentle.

Besides the staff at the reception, we didn't meet other staff members speaking English. It is difficult to understand why staff cannot speak and understand English in such a hotel.One more remark on the organisation. We were told that breakfast starts at 6.00am. We needed to eat very early since we had the bus at 6.45. At 6.05am there was NOTHING to eat at the restaurant. I suppose 6am is the time the staff arrive at the hotel. At the end, we had 2 eggs. It's a pity this lack of organisation in such a nice hotel.

We stayed here on either side of our Ha Giang loop tour. The hotel is lovely and brand new. The staff are friendly and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and plush - the bed is a dream after 3 days on a motorbike. Only suggestion would be breakfast could be a bit more varied but otherwise a 10/10 stay
