Royal Beach Hôtel

We were a family of 2 + 3 kids (16, 13 & 9 years old) and we have red reviews and booked this hotel for a week It's amazing hotel with wonderful services and facilities.Thanks for the Chef for a great food every day - Breakfast and Dinner which was realy very veery good !!!The thing in the hotel was the crew and specific the Animation crew !!! Thank you Bob for your wonderful program for the all week and we'd like to thanks specific to the amazing Princy ! Judicia ! Jojo and Samira which made our visit more than amazing !!! the kids crazy about them and already miss themthank you Royal Beach Staff we'll come again for sure

Didn't like small things for this amazing hotel such as transfer which was not included from the airport while they charging a very good rate per night.And when i tried to reach someone i asked for a local call from the front desk and they want to charge us for 1 or 2 euros - i didn't like it because when you pay this kind of amount for the hotel which is not cheap i think you don't need to charge the client for those things

The location. The pictures are exactly as the place is. It was quiet and on the beach which was clean and accessible. They common areas as well as the rooms are tastefully designed with huge open lounge areas

Dinner is served quite late - from 7.30 pm onwards. Should you want to have it earlier, you can either have snacks which at times may not always be available.

We are vegetarian, so did not buy the buffet. A la carte was very very limited. We ate omelette sandwich and everyday - haha

I would say everything, starting with the reception of Mr. Ivan, an essential person and very professionally prepared, but all the people we met really very prepared and friendly.

Spent a total of 10 days at the gorgeous hotel! Staff were incredibly wonderful and accommodating! Clean and food was incredible

I have been to many hotels all over..ROYAL BEACH HOTEL IS AMONGS THE TOP.CLEANLINESS, FRESH FOOD, WÈLL PREPARED, Staff BRILLIANT, neat, clean, friendly, just as everything else at your Hotel ..HOTEL MANAGER always around. . So dedicated and friendly...His manner of dealing with guests, is fantastic...With him there as an example, ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS, FOLLOWS HIS GOOD HIGH STANDERS .. He gets followed by his staff...

maybe a handrail at the pools for elderly guests...would be a an accet as the elderly struggles with the steps on the steps.

- everything is clean, staff is very friendly and wants to make your stay nice and will make sure of that should you need special requests- the buffet selection of food is good and fine quality- the rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean- clean and good swimming pool - very friendly and helpful staff/managers at the leisure time planning office in the hotel - gym and other pitches / places to do sports available and included in the accommodation price- the beach is literally in front of the hotel and the balcony views and sunsets are amazing

- the music played all day/at the occasional parties organized by the hotel is old and has nothing to do with African current artists or even world current/new-ish music artists which was a pity and hard to find a vibe for young/er travelers - the performant singer doing live music performed almost all evening for many hours which seemed as not considerate, unless it was her shift that week only whilst we were there - the hotel is more like a resort where you can expect "all inclusive guests and groups" arriving from Europe - when we arrived, we were told by several staff members that there is only a buffet option to eat in the hotel (slightly expensive if you want to have a simple meal or even to just enjoy fish and seafood when being right by the ocean) and that there is no "a la carte restaurant" - we only discovered that there are in the end a few "a la carte" options much cheaper in the hotel on the last day of our stay - which almost felt that no one wanted our extra money to be spent there because we preferred to go eat out on the beach in other places rather than pay the expensive buffet in the midday or every evening (after all we liked to eat out but sometimes it would have been less of a hassle with cash/planning your day)- the hotel could consider an option to guests who are interested in being more ecologic to not to change room towels every single day

Amazing! 10/10 would come again! Better than Andilana beach resort! Better ambiance, better and more respectful holiday comers! Great staff (all over nosy be)!

This is such a beautiful resort. The rooms are large and clean and I loved my own patio. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

We liked the professionalism and friendliness of staff and everyone at the hotel including the General Manager. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Excellent rooms and surroundings. Execusions were excellent too.

Not enough room supplies such as water and toiloteries. On some days the only option for food is buffet without the option for a la carte.

Everything about this place is amazing...the staff are very friendly and attentive ..the food is delicious...the room very clean and spacious... the managements are superb the whole environment is tranquil and feels like home.
