Breakfast excellent, and Manager Mauro was more than helpful in every way.

Gym and pool would be a big bonus

- location, well connected to Lugano- view- brrakfast- smooth check in and out

- lukewarm water in the room- staff forgot my omelett order for breakfast- a bit too hard mattresses- very cold in the room upon arrival ( luckily the heating worked fine)- no transfer to Lugano station

This hotel is truly exceptional, offering a peaceful atmosphere, stunning lake views, and impeccable cleanliness. The reception team and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

everything was very good but in the morning the light came into the room. the carpet in the room was ruined

the light in the room in the morning and no water in the buffet you have to wait to be served to drink water the buffet was very small for a 5 star

Great location, clean and comfortable room, good facilites, most of the staff is polite and genuinely helpful.

We were offered some welcome drinks which we were waiting for for hours but did not arrived, decided to go out and not wait further. We were offered an apology and the welcome drinks on our way back. Also when enquired about the check-in time (14:00 on Booking.com and we end up waiting to be checked in at 15:00) the answer that we got from reception staff was that this is not set and is subject to “seasonal changes” which we did not feel that we really understood what it means. I believe that if any changes are made then the hours should be updated to reflect it to the potential hotel guests beforehand.

The View is to die for . The Staff super excellent . the breakfast amazing, served in room if you want .

The restaurant, the staff, the room, the view, we're magnificent. It was a wonderful stay.

The room was much larger than those in other hotels, and the breakfast was excellent. They also offered the option to have breakfast served in the room at no additional cost.

Very helpful staff, easy access from the highway, great view of the lake, beautiful room and an excellent (both in terms of quantity and quality) breakfast. Nothing negative to state and would highly recommend it.

The only thing we noticed, although it made no difference to our experience, was the limited common areas.

Location is good but far from Como about 30 min driving

Poor variety in breakfast, when you came late and eggs finished they don’t replenish again ,any extra request is chargeable

-The room itself has a bed and a furniture. -The location as it stands between northern italy and Switzerland, actually, it is an Italian territory inside Swizterland. - they offer 1hr free for a pool and sauna.. not wow tbh. - professional and polite receptionists. - valet parking and a bell boy.

(THE HOTEL IS NOT A 5 STARS HOTEL)!!!! I give it only 3 maximum. Barely 4. - the breakfast is not good. - poor noise isolation between room, you can hear your neighbors inside your room. - the AC is only for heating, and it was not working. ( we had complaining about that for two days until they figured out they do not have cold AC during October although it was sunny) - no gym! - no room service after 10pm. - no lobby. It is only a small chair. -if you do not book the sea view room, it is not worth it.

Very comfortable hotel with a great view. They har upgraded my room just for its our first time here in the hotel and they gave us a lake view with bigger room. Loved it

House keeping kept knocking doors & called to clean the room ,one day she asked to clean by 13:00 as the cleaner will not be available after ! Very strange from 5 stars hotel I also dont like bathtub & would like to have showers instead .
