Pros +
- It is good enough. Good staff. Good location.
- Reasonable price suite with the location for the Impact & Thunderdome event. Convenient to walk to those place. Food at breakfast is good.
- Clean and quiet. You can walk to impact arena by skywalk, assisted with moving walkway and few step on footpaths to impact arena. Free water, you need an empty bottle
Cons -
- There is no real window (can not open it).
- All
- Some of the travelator paths to the Hotel were not working, which was a hassle. The skywalk connection with the Hotel could use a path for suitcases, so instead of heaving heavy suitcases/bags through the stairs, one could roll them more comfortably.

First and foremost, the location, esp for those that are going to watch concerts in Impact Arena or events in the Impact Complex. The no-fuss check-in/check-out procedure, the room and amenities, the breakfast lounge and its food selection are solid as well.

stayed here for day6 concert and the access to impact arena is so convenient! staff are nice, they let me checked in early.will definitely stay here again next time :)
It's convenient for us to stay and walk to Impact. There is pink line BTS to station near the hotel
FStayed here for the Le Sserafim concert it was about a 5 minute walk. The mall is walking distance as well. Staff was very friendly and they spoke English.
Friendly staff, lobby had nice decorations, decent selection of breakfast, simple and very clean room
No slippers were provided
Clean. Good position. Comfortable. Good facilities. AMAZING access to Impact arena and Thunder Dome. Perfect for people that want to attend events there.
Location & staff
People had party in the lobby. Look scary.
The location is ideal for those attending a concert at the IMPACT Arena. It is very accessible and walkable. The staff were also accommodating and gave us tips and reminders to make our stay more enjoyable.
Close to the impact arena - great if you are there for a concert
The rooms are not sound proof so I could hear the next room through the walls
I chose IBIS Impact because I was going to a concert and it's one of the closest ones with a reasonable price. There's a skywalk that takes you right to Thunderdome (or Cosmo Mall, if you're just finding a way to kill time while waiting for your concert)—super convenient. Coming here, I took the MRT then public van (which they pass by, so you can ask them to stop at IBIS), again, convenient.
The walls are thin though, you can hear people knocking/footsteps and sounds of the toilet pipe of the other room, which made me jump through-out the night. The cleanliness is also average, I can still see some stains in the sink or dust on the bed. That said, I'm not super picky, so this is absolutely fine to spend the night.
Close to the concert held at Thunder Dome :) Since after the concert it is very hard to find the transportation, having hotel close by like Ibis helps a lot. Very convenient can walk after concert.
It’s extremely convenient and within walking distance to the impact arena hall. The hotel was aware of the concert that is happening at the impact arena and they did a little decor at the reception area. There is a mall nearby and outlet mall as well. There are many grab food options too.
The toilet can be a little too tiny but it’s fine for petite sized.
Perfect location for Index event center. Good in-house restaurant. Good breakfast!
Everything was fine
This hotel is my go-to always when I'm attending a concert in the area. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the restaurant on the ground floor still has food after 10 pm and it's not only affordable but delicious. Hotel is walking distance from every concert venue and a mall.
Staff were really niceBreakfast was great Bed was comfortable
Bathroom was really small with very limited amenities No convenience store next to the hotel
Great location when you come to a concert at Impact Arena. You can use a skywalk to get directly from the hotel to Impact Arena. It's also near a bus stop if you want to visit the city center.
Location is perfect, staffs and environments of the hotel are very excellent!
The wall is not block the sound of our neighbors room.
