Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel

The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Parking is easily and convenient.

The bathroom is quite old and need some lift up.

Very convenient location, within feet of the skytrain which can connect you all over the city. The hotel was very affordable and luxurious. The breakfast was a huge buffet and good quality.

It didn't have a microwave in the room.

The room was always clean by staff and also like the water bottles thy provide for free, the room was big and good lighting

hard to communicate with the front desk, there was a major international event happening, the hotel was not ready for it, i feel there was a lack of staff specially at the restaurant, bar, the breakfast was really good but only 2 coffee machines and most days only one worked so we had to wait on a line to have coffee.

Decent value for money option for a family stay in North West Bangkok.

I've been using this hotel for over 15 years (2 stays this this trip) and this year was the first I felt standards had fallen. On first stay there was a WiFi issue with the room so the hotel moved us to another which unfortunately had not been cleaned. In the restaurant I order a burger but expressed no cheese, unfortunately the burger came with cheese. The replacement burger was not cooked properly and the texture was rubbery.I should add that I will be back at the Richmond later this year based on my previous good stays and put this year's visit as a one off

We stayed in the new wing and the rooms are modern and well appointed.Great views from the upper floors.The common areas are very spacious and attractive. Good gym and pool.Nearby Owl Market is a lovely local experience for shopping and food.Well located for travellers driving north.Good cafe across the road thru the used car yard, The COCO - Cafe & Homemade Bakery..Short taxi drive or 2 stops on the Sky Train to the ferry which goes to the city and is scenic.

Far from the city centre. Most guests are package tourists from China who can be a little noisy and inconsiderate. But there is plenty of space so no drama.The breakfast is good but does not change much if you are staying several days.

The staff in the front desk were friendly and kind. There were daily shops close to the hotel. Safety and comfortable.

The elevator was out of order. I consumed too much time for waiting elevator, because my room was on 34th floor. The food was not good.

U won't believe how noisy, old and uncomfortable the hotel can be, especially when you consider the prices....

Small things that separate ok from good. Staff availability in restaurant - no one there. Dessert selection poor. No ice cream. No mug for cappuccino in café. Lobby restaurant closed for breakfast - no notice. Asian restaurant on floor 5 open - no notice. Coffee choice limited.Caters primarily for Chinese

Some staff were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. New restaurant is an improvement as is the coffee (although it still isn't great).

One of the receptionists was very rude. Almost reported her as she was most unhelpful.

The airco necer works good and the room is smelling doe to that.

I hated the people from mainland China who were using the elevator very rudely.The pool was under maintenance on both occasions I had time to use it.

Was not notified during booking about the 7 hours shut down Towels always missing and we had to inquire Air conditioning not performing well, sometimes very hot and sometimes very ColdShower water gets hot, then suddenly gets very cold, THERMOSTAT NEEDS BALANCING

At start we didn't know that there are 3 building in this hotel .The counter staff didn't tell us which building should we go , we took 4 big luggage rush up and down...

Amazing lobby and ballroom designs, escalators made it easy to navigate around the hall rooms for the convention and breakfast buffet is very good

This large hotel is located right next to a MRT/BTS stations so very convenient. The lobby is very nice. The rooms are comfortable enough, but maybe a little dated. The room had a slight smell of smoke even though the hotel is non-smoking. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The smell in the room was a bit smokey.
