There was mud in the sea (so we have to find another beach for our stay) in town Grado was hard to find a parking lot. Always full, we have to wake up early to find it.

Great pool, pleasant area, good restaurant, great area with for bike trips.

The beach and the sea in there is not very nice. The beach can be good for small children as it is sandy.

The pool and the environment were great. I liked the animation program and the staff a lot. There are nice trips.

The only downside is the sea (too shallow and no waves) and the smell from the cabinets.

The park is very big with lots of playgrounds which delighted my kid. The pool is also amazing.

The apartment had a bit of a bad smell probably due to humidity and there were a lot of bugs outside, especially in the evening which did not allow us to enjoy an outside dinner.

Perfect for family trip, with large areas with attractions like swimming pool, children playgrounds. The beach is very close(5min) , the supermarket is also very close . The food is very delicious and fresh at the restaurant. All of the staff were very kind and helpful.

Maybe if there is a cleaning stuff more often it would be perfect. Also that we have to take toilet paper and towels i don’t find it ok.

Dog and child friendly camping with great staff and reasonable pricing in catering. Nice location and Mediterranean pinery.

We stayed in a mobile house (4 adults + 1 child) which was actually suitable for 2 adults + 3 children. ( booking.com search and confirmation was correct.) This resulted extremely small beds for 2 adults staying with 1 child in a 2 sqm room, and less equipped kitchen.

The apartment was very nice.

The Wi-Fi connection which costs extra was very poor. There are no direction signs for facilities. The lagoon where the camping is located is not suitable for bathing.

- quiet place with a great view (pine trees + sea = a unique combination)- cozy rooms full of fresh pine air- comfortable beds- small but fully equipped kitchen- hot water 24/7- plenty of storage space- personal BBQ zone (it was just amazing)- insect screens over all windows- a lot of wooden materials all over the building- a lot of playgrounds on site (any noise in the houses, because of thoughtful planning of the territory)- tasty food in the restaurant- two pools (сhildren's swimming pool with a slide, and a bigger pool for those who love just swimming)- grocery store on site (there's food as well as household things and beach swag)- dog friendly place

- 10-minute walk to the beach- the beach is too shallow for swimming :)- additional fees for renting sun beds and umbrellas

It looks like safari. We were two adults and 3 children. We rented the Bungalow ( it’s old but clean and no need of air conditioning. If you have a car it’s a wonderful peaceful place to stay. We slept very well. The stuffs are so kind and understanding. Much better than the hotel I assure you . As we have different experiences you are better in this small bungalow than the hotel room if you are a family. I recommend it strongly. But be careful to be sure it’s a Bungalow. The traditional one is best if not there are as well à kind of mobile home style Bungalow which are cuite. A bit less expensive but I recommend the traditional. Enjoy your trip it’s a beautiful region ❤️

The calm

Staff was absolutely kind and friendly.The restaurant was good and the service has been fine. During peaktimes it took a bit longer but besides that absolutely ok.

The area around the pool could be renewed.Some loose stones and wavy ground around the pool area.
