In a short five minute walk you can reach the beautiful wide beach of Bentota. When you arrive at the hotel gate, you enter a garden oasis with a nice pool in exactly right size to swim. My room was quiet and I felt very welcome. The owner was always very friendly, helpful and I felt very well taken care of. Lokking forward to coming back to this place.

Fantastic accommodation, the room was just superb, it felt very new and high quality material. The hotel has a good sized swimming pool in a lush and luxuriant tropical garden.The owner and staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much to ask. The property is 1 minute walk to the beach which was very convenient. Good and tasty breakfast that we recommend getting. We had a great time as a family.

Very nice breakfeast, very welcoming hostess, attentive to our wishes. The chef spoiled us with a very tasty seafood soup, with samosa and more...The location is close to the beach, only to cross the street. The pool is nice, we were resting on the way back from of the ocean. The villa is idyllic and I only recommend some extra hangers in the room!

It was holiday! So many places for visiting but for us don't was enough time, sure next time we see more!

Great staff; nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and clean. Beautiful garden & lovely breakfast. Very close to the beach just across the road.

The pool was cloudy from suncream oils. The train line runs directly adjacent to the hotel and trains go past from 05:45

Unfortunately, our stay at this property did not meet expectations. While the location is convenient, situated in front of the main road, the overall experience left much to be desired.The team lacked qualifications and attention to detail—it felt like they could be working in any job with the same level of effort. Cleanliness was not up to standard, and the rooms were poorly decorated. Even the bathrooms around the pool were in a disastrous state.The property does offer good value for money if you're a backpacker looking for a budget-friendly option, and the pool is genuinely excellent. However, that’s about the only highlight of the stay.Adding pictures of the surroundings would not do justice, as they don't compensate for the issues encountered.

Loved this hotel! Location was great near both the city centre and beautiful beaches, room was comfortable and spacious and staff was amazing, always going the extra mile to help you. Bonus track: pool to relax after beach and delicious breakfast

Pool wasn’t super clean (could do with chlorination of the water) , breakfast was incredibly average, overpriced for what it was.

On arrival, we swapped our room to the King Room with Pool View and this is what we are rating in this review. The room was large and light with a nice patio to relax, only a few steps to the beautiful pool and well maintained gardens. The bed was big and very comfortable, the AC was effective and the WiFi worked well for us. Whilst the shower was open sided and the floor nearby got wet, the water was hot. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the communication before arrival was good. We had dinner the first night which was tasty, but our plan did not include breakfast. The hotel is in a quiet area but the 2 restaurants we visited nearby were both excellent. A Tuk Tuk into Aruthgama was only 500 rupees. The manager arranged a taxi transfer to Galle, with a stop at the Tsunami Museum for a reasonable price.

We were very happy with our King Room as our score shows, but we would not have been so generous with the Apartment Ground Floor that we originally booked. This was in the older building and we felt that the kitchen and bathroom were run down and we were disappointed that the patio was being used to store excess furniture.

Staff is courteous.Location is very near the Induruwa beach (Just across the road.. around 100 meters)Food was good at the resort. Not lots of other eating options near by except Lihini Beach Villa which also serves good seafood.

Pool is good but needs more upkeep/ cleaning.Few things in the room were damaged and needs to be replaced.Intercom faciilty needs to be there.

New building, minimalistic modern style, nice stone floor, huge bed. Each room has its own small area: a terrace with a table or a terrace-balcony with a sunbed. The hotel is located across the street from the beach. The staff is very attentive. We were provided with a transfer from the airport, and then to our next route.

Great rooms with a simple modern design. Close to beach with a nice menu in the restaurant to a wide selection for lunch and dinner.

Swimming pool and garden beautiful, friendly personnel, clean room and bathroom with warm water and good shower.

In rainy season the beach is not a viable place to go. Quality Restaurants are minimum 2km walking away (the wave) or 4.8 km to railway station and Bentota beach center (Rana sea food). Bed was big enough but felt the springs in the mattress. Simple breakfast.

We only stayed for one night, but location was super close to the beach (2min walk). The room was large and shower really nice. We had access to the shared kitchen (if you want to cook there isn't that much, but it didn't matter for us as we were not here long). Breakfast was nice and the pool looked great.

Fabulous pool set in a lush green garden. The room was spacious and comfortable. Efficient air-conditioning. Great location: ca 200m from the beach with plenty of restaurants. There are 2 minimarkets on the main road where you can buy most essentials.

The shared kitchen could be better kept.

Amazing room, new one, with really stylish equipment, very comfortable bed. Amazing swimming pool which we really enjoyed. Very helpful and nice staff. Yes, the train is going just behind the wall, but it actually makes the place even more special. Where you can experience that :-) Otherwise is the place very quite and peacefull.
