Modern, clean and new building and facilities. They had everything you need including a toothbrush and razor.

We felt the drinks were expensive

It’s close to everything. Shower its very nice since has a lot of pressure, bed and pillows very comfortable also the pool its very nice on the roof.

The breakfast is average, no options, just standard breakfast with not much of options

i did not like anything in this hotel, the room smell very bad, sewer "odor smell spoiled my stay

I loved how the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful.

The location is honestly didn't like and it's not the hotels fault but other guests were not very considerate. At night I was awoken to screaming and loud voices in the hallway from other guests and another example at the breakfast buffet I witnessed hotel guests handling food without the provided utensils. I saw guests touch and grabbing the bread and fruit with their bare hands.

It was a new hotel very cozy and comfortable

Nothing to dislike on property but the area gets closed by 9:00 pm and restaurants open after 11:00 am. It was kind of dead area

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options and egg omelets. The hotel provided room cleaning service every day, and they did a great job.

My stay at JonoX was amazing. Very convenient. Few minutes from Karon beach. It’s very chilled. The breakfast is great. The staff is always cleaning the rooms. I was really happy with my stay.

Everything was good – the room was clean and the breakfast was tasty. My windows faced a noisy street where music played until 2 AM. It didn’t bother me much, but if you're a light sleeper, keep that in mind. It was also nice that smoking was allowed on the balcony. Overall, I recommend this place – it's close to the beach, near a street full of cafes, and there are several 7-Elevens nearby.

Nice location and overall the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfortable and clean.

The reception staff were not very friendly, helpful or welcoming. There is nowhere to sit comfortably in the reception area. We had a late pick up after checking out and enquired if there was somewhere we could freshen up and change before we left? The receptionist just pointed at the toilets in reception and said in there!

Full of Russians

The location was perfect, close to the markets, close to the beach as well as to the bus stops. Everything was around the hotel. The hotel itself was quiet. Rooms were nice and clean, decent size. Personnel was very kind and helpful! Breakfast was very good too.

The location was excellent, and the hotel had a modern design. The rooms were nice, and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom throughout our stay, which was very unpleasant. After two days, we requested a room change, but the only two rooms available were in worse condition—one had numerous small bugs on the floor (possibly bed bugs), and the other had ants. As a result, we decided to stay in our original room for the rest of our stay.Full of Russians as well.
