The rooms needs a renovation as well the slides pool.

Service from ,staff especially Bharat , breakfast, big rooms

Shower pressure, kids pool under maintenance, bathrooms can be lot more cleaner

No greetings at arrival Location is too busy to get in and outChecked in at 4 and I was told the rooms were not ready.I had paid in advance through Booking.com but was asked repeatedly to pay again. If I had made the booking on behalf of my wife or someone else then would have ended up paying twice. The front desk said it did not show in the system that the payment was done, surprisingly strange.Kids pool was under construction, my child was overly disappointed

Our stay was very comfortable, highlighted by excellent food and a great pool experience. The genuine care from the staff truly made a difference.Exceptional Staff Service: The team was always available, attentive, and consistently checked in to ensure our comfort. The room service was great.Superb Dining: Both the Breakfast and Dinner buffets offered very good options and variety.Wonderful Pool Area: The pool provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.Room Features: We particularly liked the size of the master bathroom.Location: The hotel is located near Candolim beach.

Suggestions for ImprovementLiving Room Flooring: The living area floor in the room felt noticeably old and requires an upgrade. Pool Attire Policy: Please mandate swimwear for hygiene, as many guests used the pool without upper body clothes.Cigratte smoking in the property should be prohibited completely.

Size of room and bathroom was very good and it was clean and well maintained

Food, somehow all 3 of us have stomach infection. Also the breakfast spread for all the 3 days were exactly the same

Our stay at Novotel Candolim was a bit mixed. Rooms and lobby are clean and pretty designed. Staff was mostly friendly, but housekeeping and front desk seemed a bit stressed at times and things weren't fully smooth. We chose it mainly for the pool and kids entertainment, but the kids pool really needs a renovation. Overall no major issues, but quite expensive and not really 5 star standard.

Hospitality was not upto the standards of 5 star hotel.We asked for room upgradation twice and nothing was informed to us.I asked for bathroom slippers but no response.

Loved my stay at Novotel Goa! The location is spot on, the food is delicious, and the breakfast spread is huge with tons of variety. A special mention to Chef Pritpal Singh for his exceptional hospitality and culinary expertise—every meal was a delight! The facilities are amazing, and the vibe is just perfect for a relaxing vacation. Totally worth it—would definitely stay here again!

The suite was spacious but not clean or maintained

The service was below par from a 3star hotel.. this was our 3rd hotel stay in the week we spent in goa and this was the worst experience.. pre-arrival, on-arrival, post check-in, during the stay , during breakfast and at Check-out.. at no point was it a pleasant experience.. the chef was arrogant, the Frontdesk team was ill informed and also did not care, we were shifted rooms due to maintenance issued and there was not even as much as an apology forget service recovery.. the second room had a leaking sink which we complained multiple times about yet there was no effort put in to repair it, we have lived with a wet leaky washroom probably standing on our own used water from try sink as the team did not care.. forget a 5star even a basic lodge will give better service than this

The room I was in was terrible. It was stuffy and lots of mosquitos. There was no balcony only a window which was very very dirty

Location is good Staff if supportive. Cleanliness good. Pool area is big and food is good.

Room area should be bigger or at the time of booking it should be clearly mentioned about the view of room. My room was suite but no view.

Foyer was appealing . Liked the property .

Overall it was good . There was weak connection of wifi in the room , requested few times , technician used to come but still connection did not improve. Good part was hotel staff called multiple times to check if the issue was fixed but were not able to fix it . There was issue with the drain in the washroom but was not fixed even after I had requested it to be fixed. Overall it was okay

We had canceled this booking as confirmed with hotel and booking.com. still they charged me 72508/- rs. Hotel was sold out completely. We had booked via MakeMyTripAnd stayed with them.

The rooms had terrace with no view on 1st floor in the rear building . The 1st,2nd,3rd floor threw cigarette buds and what not from above which fell directly into yhe terrace.Pathetic..Pathetic.The furniture broke open they repaired it later they had Ac issue.

Excellent location with the added benefit of having a taxi rank outside. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Restaurant staff were prompt in clearing tables and taking orders to the kitchen

Was surprised that in Goa the breakfast spread did not have any pork items. Was concerned that in the breakfast hall they had a hot plate for dosa's at a very low level that could have resulted in a kid touching - but I guess parents should be looking after their kids. Laminated floor was not mopped for a while by the looks of it.

The hospitality was very good. They really took care of us.Specially when the first day the room was not so clean and they shifted us to a suite next day.

The pool was dirty and old.The room wooden flooring was very old.Cleaning needs to be better
