The room cleanness...

We arrived early around 12.30pm but we can check in by 3 pm only... I ask management to allow customers to check in early if they arrived early... Can ask more payment per hours also...it will be more helpful to the customers who coming from far...

Ample parking with eateries nearby. Hotel was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The hotel doesnt have an elevator, so need to pack light as you'll have to carry your luggage upstairs.

Easy & secure car park. Nice staff

Not so good for handy cap person (NO Lift or elevator) No cafe or Muslim food nearby only if u drive to town.. Not follow customers instructions or request on booking. The bed (Mattress is too hard.. And no hot water for showers.

Receptionist counter staff not so friendly.. bed feel to hard like you are sleeping on plywood..

1)Wifi active not 24 hour,5am-9am wifi internet off..2) needs to change bed and can't sleep well

The price is cheap.

The room looks old and the ladder leading to the bunk beds are quite dangerous as the steps are wrapped with rubber protectors. Easy to slip.

Easy to find the hotel and suitable for transit to another place

The beds are japanese style not as in the picture

Door lock not good functioning, difficult to open door. toilet bidet pipe leaking. Bedsheets with stain

Location is strategic, convenient and comfortable.The stairs are properly decorated…it’s very beautiful and clean…I really happy …

Maybe can provide small fridge .

Windows not enaugh sound proof.

location was good. a lot of nearby walking distance shops. room was clean & neat. staff was friendly especially the receptionist.

No elevator. in future to bring older people or when we carry big luggage with family is not convenient. For shower, there's no moveable shower head, its fixed or wall mounted. inconvenient for women whom do not want to shower head.

Very poor

The toilet water pressure was low. The aircond was on the other side and not in the middle of the room.. where only one side of the room was chilled ?. Plus, the hotel didn't have any lift where it made it difficult for elderly ppl to go up and down

It was close to the place that I had to go

The water pressure was low, and the heater was not working .. the worst part, there was no water.. it was on and off.. plus the reception was not there when I tried to call them . The aircond is not chill enough .. during the night .. I was sweating ..

Private parking with shed and location wise is strategic

Air conditional is not really cold and room is not sound proof especially during late night will hear people walking and chitchatting at the aisle.

The hotel looks clean and needs create comfortable feeling..

Not even small Window to access outside air..Fully closed condition made a bit worried about the ventilation except from door..

No lift,Shower ? heater not working

There's no mirror in room and mini fridge. The bed is so hard and also there's no hanging place .
