Fabulous views towards the blowholes. Lovely quiet location. Good size bedroom and lounge. Owner kept in contact by email.

Slow WiFi. Small kitchen and bathroom. Could do with blind in kitchen.

You asked about stuff , we disn't see any stuff . The place full of mosquitos but nobody said something about in advance . Not clean

Close to the Pancake Rocks. Clean and well equipped room.

The location was amazing overlooking the beach.

Have A/C or a fan, it was quite hot overnight and was very uncomfortable.

No wash cloths, no facial tissue, bed and pillows uncomfortable leading to poor sleep quality.

It was a beautiful space to stay in. Very clean and a nice deck (both private and a public one). Check in was easy.

The kitchen was quaint but what we needed. This is no fault to the property but there was less around than i expected (including gas). The property owners do share this in their message.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from our cabin was stunning, the staff were very helpful, and the location was great and quiet.

Beautiful location. Very comfortable room. When you first walk in, it felt like a ski chalet with its wood/log cabin-like walls and ceiling. It was a stunning first impression. The balcony view was nice and the room felt secluded.

The tv was on satellite but I could not quite figure out how to get it to work. Originally, the tv was unplugged. When I plugged it in, I could not seem to get it to receive a signal. Also, the tv controller was not working. The channel buttons didn’t work nor did the volume button. But the mute button worked fine. When it was muted the tv was silent. When it was unmuted, the volume was stuck on level 13 which we could barely hear.

The room had a porch facing a forest, which was nice.The ocean was nearby, and you could hear its roar.The parking was in front of the room, making it easy to carry the suitcases in.There was a very small kitchenette

We had a very disappointing stay at Paparoa Park Motel. We stayed in Bush Cottage and unfortunately we found that the place was filthy, the bedding was dirty, windows were broken + dishes etc were also dirty. I have stayed in a lot of places throughout NZ over the last few years and this has been one of the most disappointing stays so far. I would not recommend sadly.

Room wasn't ready. Twin bed mattresses unsuitable.

Good value for money

Yes it is winter but the room was freezing. The fire was largely ineffective. The top window needs some curtains to hold in the heat.

The bed mattress was too hard. I have a bad back, so this may only be a personal issue.

Fantastic location, secluded and peaceful. We could hear the ocean and had some friendly wekas hanging outside our cabin. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was well appointed. The cabin was very cosy and comfortable.

We stayed in the Bush Cabin and the cleanliness of the cabin could be improved. A broom to sweep the floor when needed would have been great. The bathroom handle was broken. While the cooking facilities are limited (no oven), the stovetop cookers were sufficient and the kitchen contained all the things we needed for self catering.

Great location, very private and handy to other sights in the area. Parking was good, as we often travel with a trailer.

Freezing cold. One small panel heater that did not warm the space up at all. Had a bad sleep and didn't want to stay. Won't stay at Paparoa Park Motel again. Very uncomfortable stay. Disappointed to say the least

the viewpoint is very good

First of all, the name of the motel is different with Booking. So it made me quite confused when I arrived. The water pressure is poor.
