The receptionist is very good and helpful! The room is clean as well. Location also close to town and good restaurant!

Friendly informative mgrs; unlimited decent wifi; comfortable bed & sofa; cooktop w/fridge & microwave; coin laundry; fairly quiet since located away from main highway; easy spacious parking; bedside lamps; facial tissues; tramping trails nearby.

No complaints; we would highly recommend & return to this motel.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Good cooking supplies. Convenient checkin/checkout without human intervention needed.

The detachable shower head did not stay fixed in its holder. Not a big deal.

20 year old mattress and pillows. Horrible fan as it was hot with no A/C.

It was a really beautiful room with a convenient parking overhang that kept us from getting wet. And the spa bath made our day!

The timing on the details for (self) check in were off so we were left waiting too long for how the process works. An email explaining that there is no human staff but that we will receive a code should be provided sooner & more clearly. Also, our room had a touchy smoke alarm that seemingly needed a new battery. Not a deal breaker by any stretch but annoying.

The room had plenty of space, was exceptional clean, and had a kitchenette.

Comfortable chairs provided as well as smart TV, beautiful bathroom products provided also.

We didn't see or talk to any staff. Would have been nice to just be able to get some more insight about interesting things to do or visit in the area. But no one was around to ask. Luckily the waiter at the restaurant was keen to assist.

Parking in front of the room - low price

The sound insulation is poor. We booked four 4 nights after 3 we left because of loud neighbor noise…

Comfy bed and a good sized space, nice and cosy and warm with the heater provided, also a short walk to town/restaurants.

The walls were quite thin, we could hear next door talking & coughing! But otherwise slept pretty well.

The location is good, away from main road so no traffic noise. Walking distance to town 400m. Local attractions are all very close by. Clean and comfortable. Room had everything we needed for a one night stay. Covered car port. Kept the car cool from the sun. Had portable heater and a small fan. No air conditioning but not an issue as the temp this time of the year is cool anyways. Washing and dryer available at $2 each. Had mountain view that’s a bonus. Overall it’s value for money.

Great location with views of the mountain, dedicated parking, clean rooms, easy to check in. Would stay again!

Well positioned, good value, clean

The location and the fact you could park your car under cover by your door, this was great given that we had heavy rain. It was fine for 1 night

The lack of cutlery, especially teaspoons - there weren't any, definitely needed when making tea or coffee.

Reception after hours really easy, room with kitchenette spacious, clean, bed comfortable, parking right outside unit. Value for money acceptable.

The fridge in our unit (16) iced over freezing milk and yoghurt and could not be adjusted and the reception was unattended when we left at 9 am, in fact, we never had any contact with staff.

Great room with everything you need. Laundry facilities and BBQ upon request right outside your front door. Great value for money.
