The place has amazing location right on the beach, the room was clean and accommodating. short drive from Rome airport is another advantage.

Nice place if you choose sea view! Clean and quite during winter time. Warm and comfortable room. I stopped for 3 days in February. But a bit expensive for this price without the breakfast.

We were right on the beach, with an out door shower.

The patio has a poor layout, no privacy.

So many snacks and amenities. This really made such a difference to go just that little extra for the comfort of their guests. Location was fantastic. Parking was secure, close and free.It was the perfect location to stay the night before having to fly out of Italy Fiumicino airport.

It would be nice to have fly screens so you can keep the windows open at night to hear the sound of the waves which were close by.

This Hotel is running by family clean room and nice people

The location was perfect, at the beach. Nice leisurely walk to the town centre. We had 2 rooms, so it was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Bed was very comfortable. Room had a coffee machine and some snacks. Bottled water was always available.

If I had to be picky, the shower was small with ceiling shower, I would have preferred hand held shower.

The location was perfect. But the information about the parking and all the available amenities was very poor. The apartment was a little bit dirty. But the location is top

The neighborhoood, the village, buildings closed, a lot impoverished

There was everything You need for a stay. Fridge with free drinks included, waters, Juice, Cola, coffee, tea, Snacks, and much more. Even a thinks You usually don't expect, like for example a pack with shaver. All included in the price. Location perfect. Very clean. Great, nice restaurant and bar.

The property was clean and well attended

The only thing to dislike would be locating the property, there are no real signs to point out its location. We ended up asking someone from next door for help.

The location and they staff was super nice.

We booked three rooms, one of them had no drinks in the fridge, the other one had no towels. Later provided by the staff.

The place has been completely renewed and the view of the sea is marvellous

In room 6 Wi-Fi range should be improved because it does not reach it

We stayed 4 nights (2 at the start of our trip and 2 at the end). Very conveniently located outside of Rome. Direct access to the beach.

Staff was not attentive to us.

What an lovely place!!The ladies at the reception are so lovely and accommodating, super friendly, smiley and simply wonderful!The room was large, very clean with stunning sea views from our balcony.Some of the restaurants were not open (due to being end of summer) but that was fine as we managed to find some charming restaurants anyway. Beach was great, sandy, sea still warm and clean. Thank you all very much for your hospitality! Definitely recommended!

All was fine, only Unstable (sliding) bed frames were a little bit uncomfortable (loud noises heard in other rooms)

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The property was extremely clean. They were very accommodating as we arrived very early.

The property is perfect and the beach front but very difficult to get there from Rome and back by Uber or taxi, and expensive.

There was no breakfast offered but they had various snacks, tea, coffee, water, milk, juice which were renewed every day if used. But, how do you eat cornflakes out of a box if you want milk with it. Direct entrance to the beach. Voucher for use of beach bar and umbrellas and chairs. These umbrella stands had ashtrays built in and bottle stands. The small quiet courtyard also has hosepipes to wash sand off feet. Beach had showers. good restaurants close by. Cute small balcony, but adequate.

the small kettle was only put in the room on the second day.
