Hotel Isabella Sorrento

The hotel is nice. However, the room had so many ants and a/c was horrible. Did not work probably. One front desk agent, seemed to be bothered when asking questions. Did not even offer a room change or anything due to ants and a/c not working.

The property was clean, the staff were helpful and nice.

A bit of a walk from the dining and shops.

Breakfast was great with very friendly staff. The place is clean and comfortable.

Location is a bit far from downtown

The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring Sorrento, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and the perfect way to cool down after exploring in the summer heat.

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything exceeded expectations.

Walls are paper thin. It is advertised that the rooms are sound proof but we could hear the television from our neighbours and banging of other residents early in the morning. We were disappointed as we’re looking forward to a quiet soundproofed room which was advertised! Expensive stay.

Good location. Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was the best so far in our Italy travels.

Breakfast was huge and so many options. Meats, veggie options, fruit, cereal, hot and cold drinks and tons of cakes/pastries. The hotel is so beautiful and clean and never felt busy even though there were a lot of people staying. Lovely pool that was never too busy.100% would stay again!

The pool next door (hotel Florida) is big and is more of a family and children's pool so can be a little loud but nothing too distracting. Not really anything Hotel Isabella can do about it.Taxis/transfer from the hotel to train station is very expensive. It is definitely walkable and lovely if just popping out anywhere with no luggage but feels tiring in the heat with suitcases.

The location was really good, although you need a car to move in Sorrento. Great pool and the room size was really good. I recommend to stay at Isabella if you travel to Sorrento

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. We could hear everything from the room above when we were trying to get to sleep. Location is a little too far out to go back and forth.

This was exactly what we were after. A lovely quiet hotel outside the main centre of Sorrento, with a pool! We used this hotel as a jumping in point. We went to Pompeii, Capri and eventually Atrani from here. The breakfast was amazing, with fantastic cakes, fruit and savory options available. The staff were attentive, friendly and super helpful in all aspects. We used the pool every day that we were there and it was such a lovely way to spend a few hours/half a day when we'd been in the sun of Pompeii for the morning. I would 100% visit if we were to go back to the area.

There isnt anything here that I can think of. If I was being SUPER picky it is about a 10-15 minute walk from Sorrento centre but we didnt want to be in the centre so it was perfect for us.

Lovely staff, especially the waitresses and cleaning staff. Young man at the pool was so lovely and respectful.

Could leave free water in room as it was exceptionally hot ? and this is more standard in most hotels especially those of 4* standard Maybe consider having tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

The staff was very nice with us, always thoughtful and eager to solve any problems we may have. The location is relatively good, 10 min car ride from the port and walking distance from nice beaches and restaurants. Also, the room was spacious and the relationship between price and quality was excellent.

The shower was not the best as water split out and the floor gets wet, at least in our room.

The rooms were clean. Modern. And the hotel staff were reasonably helpful. Breakfast was nice. Breakfast staff manager was super lovely.

The fact that we were promised a sea view in writing and didn’t get one was just dumbfounding to me. Paid a huge amount of money for this and I was absolutely so disappointed. The staff even confirmed that oh no we couldn’t possibly have one of those! I have put in a complaint to booking.com. A week ago. Yet to hear back.

Staff were so lovely and polite. Rooms well air conditioned (we needed it) and clean.

Friendly staff, pool was good, bed comfortable, good water pressure in shower. Only a 20 minute walk to Sorrento town centre. Breakfast was great.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and spoke English which definitely made it easier for us. They really were above and beyond!Breakfast was incredible and the rooms were very clean and perfectly air conditioned.Great family friendly stay!

It was a little walk to the heart of the town but that really wasn’t a problem for us and made it so the hotel was nice and quiet at night.

Aircon, nice beds and big rooms. Friendly staff and pool was great!

Only one meny at the pool area, and drinks could be a bit more fun
