Unconventional Sorrento Coast

Awesome experience. Great value. Lovely building. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Nice location close to train station and the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento but not so far removed you feel isolated.

The access to the top bunkbed was not easy and also the exposed metal corner of the top bed should be protected so we don¿t risk to hurt our head

Beautiful and caring modernisation of a classic convent. Stylish and pristine. Peaceful surroundings. A real gem. All the staff are pleasant,courteous and helpful. Also, an easy walk from the Station!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend in a heartbeat! The breakfast that is included is a nice added bonus

Unfortunately it is a little far from the centre of the town but it is two minute walk from a sky train station.

The breakfast was good, we were able to order from the menu. Staff were really helpful, they helped us with various clarifications, and even helped to pack breakfast for one of our days (when we had to leave early before breakfast). Towel rental is 5 euros to use by the beach, and you pay at the end of your stay. There was no kettle in the room, but we could ask for hot water from the bar.

The room was a little small, but perfectly functional if you are organised and smart about it. Aircon was also not very strong. If you get a top bunk, it’s a little difficult to climb up and down.

The accessibility to the train station was ideal! This should be promoted more with your property as it is extremely convenient. The room size, amenities and comfort was wonderful. Breakfast had great options as well.

The touch pad next to the door was not working well when it came to turning on do not disturb and please clean and our room was not cleaned. We were only there for a short time but this may be inconvenient for longer stays.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cute hotel not too far from the city center and they have shuttles to take you around.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable

Hotel Reception is nice, so we had great expectations initially.. too bad nothing worked out after that.

There is certainly everything unconventional about this hotel. From the moment we checked in, things were not great. First of all, we booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young teenagers)... They gave us rooms in completely separate floors! They claimed they didn't know who the reservation was for, despite being all listed in the booking confirmation (ages included).Then, neither of the rooms got serviced after our first night. They said it was not normal and apologized but did nothing about it. When asked to speak to a supervisor, the lady said she was the supervisor (laughing) - as if to say, I am IT and not doing anything about it. Finally, breakfast is included, however, be aware that the serving sizes feels like they are feeding smurfs and not grown up humans.

Clean, friendly staff, very accommodating for food allergies. Breakfast was great and rooms were spacious with a nice bed.

The staff made me feel very welcomed. The hospitality in this hotel is top notch. Best Ive seen. Especially Antonio the driver and John Marko and the friendly gentleman that works in the dining room. I look forward to coming back one day.

30 min walk from sorrento but there is a shuttle provided by the hotel.

Nice garden and pool area, The rooms were pretty clean as well. Breakfast was delicious.

When we got there, they put us in a room that appeared that was really run down and right across from reception. We thought that was weird. The shower door in the bathroom was broken and didn't even close so there was water all over the floor after each of our showers. Because of the room location, we could hear the staff and guest conversations at night and in the morning. After complaining, they changed our room so that was good.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They had an electric shuttle that took you to and from the centre (booking required) which made exploring so easy! Pool area was awesome and so was the breakfast.

The front desk staff were very helpful with knowing the best ways to arrive at Pompeii and how to get to Capri. Breakfast service was great as it was one less thing for us to worry about. There was a shuttle service that the hotel offered for transportation directly to the center of Sorrento that we used daily to and from the hotel, Antonio the driver was really nice and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and spoke perfect english. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. The place was in a great location and very quiet. Bed was super comfy.

My balcony was not actually part of the room, it was in fact shared with another room.

Gorgeous hotel, quiet location which is very easily accessible via main travel routes. The shuttle in to Sorrento was perfect, and a lovely treat compared to the Circumvesuviana.

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do more to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a great, peaceful location, far enough from Sorrento be be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get into the centre. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed and the shower worked perfectly. The shuttle service into Sorrento was great and we used it a few times.

The breakfasts, thought excellent in quality were a bit limited. We usually prefer a wider choice, buffet style approach, but having said that, we did not leave the breakfast table hungry. Everything was fresh and tasty.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. We didn’t realize this hotel had a pool, which was an awesome perk! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us to-go breakfast packages when we had early mornings. As well, the breakfast menu was amazing, very large selection and every thing tasted amazing.
