The staff was outstanding. We felt welcome right from our first moment we arrived. We stayed through the holiday and into the new year. A BBQ was made for us. It welcomed us into the New Year. All around the kindest and friendliest people to stay with. Thank you.

There was a large family that arrived the last few days of our stay. Quite time policy was not fallowed. At midnight another couple actually went and spoke to them.

We stayed here for a special birthday. The team were welcoming and helpful. The view, spectacular. Rooms were spacious, clean and cool. Our stay was just perfect

Fantastic stay on Nusa Lembongan! Spacious modern bungalows with comfy beds, a luxurious outdoor bathroom, and great aircon. Perfect location near restaurants with stunning sea views, a lovely pool, and comfy loungers. Run by a warm local family who make you feel at home. Delicious breakfast with pancakes, nasi goreng, eggs, toast, fresh juices, and fruit.

The hotel was nice enough, the location a bit out of the way, needed transport to the beach etc as it was recommended not to swim there because of currents. Not suitable for older people who can't walk distances

One minus was a gecko in our Bungalow screaming at night ? scared us to death on first night. Later we accepted each other ?

Quiet, clean and safe. Basic but yummy breakfasts. Pool is awesome and views are great.

Air conditioning in room could be cooler did not seem to be efficient even on lowest setting. Lack of sealing around goods and walls at roof allowing mosquitos to enter room. Had to spray room twice a day to keep numbers down.

Everything was amazing. The dining area overlooks the seaweed farm and watching the local people harvesting this is fascinating. A fifteen minute walk takes you to the sunset viewing area.

The room is amazing. We were the only couple at the hotel and the staff was amazing, they allowed us a late check out considering our driver arriving later that day. Location is good and easily access anywhere by motorbike, which we rented at the hotel.

Even with the mosquito screen there were some mosquitos at night, I recommend bringing some repellent

Clean lovely hut, brilliant pool with sea views. Sea views at breakfast. Indoor outdoor shower concept was fab! Good breakfast included. Would stay again. Nice quiet spot not too far to visit everywhere on the island by bike. Staff helpful and quick housekeeping. We had no hot water on the first day - staff came to fix it and replaced shower head with new waterfall shower. Perfect!

Nothing - top track is bumpy on the approach but there is a lower road and we managed it with 2 people on a bike and 4 rucksacks

A hidden gem Very authentic rooms - loved the outdoor bathroom. Breakfast area with view was stunning. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and kept everywhere clean.

Peaceful, clean, beautiful staff, stunning location, great rooms, bathrooms in the open air, private beach. Able to book a massage in my room reach day $20 (aus). Great coffee in mushroom Bay

No fault of the property at all but make sure to check weather conditions when traveling as there isn't much to do in the area when it rains.

Nice and cozy, nice breakfast

In the hottest day time air conditioning didn't blow cold air and it was very hot on the room.

The location is so peaceful. The view is amazing, you can even see the sunset from there. The rooms are beautiful, everything is surrounded by nature. Plants, trees and flowers everywhere. Super clean and tidy. The staff is in every detail. They are friendly and kind. Nothing bad to say about this stay, it was just what we needed.

Located in a quiet area of the island. Very peaceful. Beautiful setting. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and attentive. We were blown away by the service of every staff member, from the reception team all the way to the cleaning and gardening staff. Everything you need is there- laundry service, scooter hire, the free breakfast was a great way to start the day. Immaculately clean and the gardens and pool were beautiful

Loved the water views and breeze from the restaurant. Gardens well maintained in quiet location. Food and service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Location is a little remote but okay if you have transport or happy to get taxis. Walking can be difficult in the heat. There is no swimming beach as such so best to travel to swim-friendly ones. No clean towels provided during 7 night stay until I asked. Toiletries are minimal so best to bring your own. An information book would have been helpful too.
