Courtyard by Marriott Makkah

Everything about the hotel was great. From cleanliness to staff being super nice. The Only downside is location. Only if they'll send their buses to the Kudai Bus station (where Le Meridien Towers buses drop-off), instead of Ajyad, it will be perfect!

The only downside of this hotel is it's location. It's at Ajyad Street which is a very busy street. During rush hours, they close it down for all kinds of traffic and then you're in a very bad spot.

Neat & Clean, Breakfast was good.

Shuttle services needs improvement specially while returning back from Haram to Hotel.

My stay at courtyard hotel was great. The hotel was clean, accessible services and the staff friendly.It’s a bit far from the Haram but they provide free shelter every 30min.It’s worth that price.

The overall atmosphere in the hotel was good. Beautiful flowers in reception, attentive personnel, big and comfortable room.

They never properly washed/cleaned the floor in the room.

The property was nice and clean! Nice spaces to sit and enjoy .. maybe get some work if working remotely.Coffee shop on site.

The transportation back and forth to the haram is very disorganized and most of the times you end up taking a cab! The bus drivers wouldn’t go if they don’t want to!! That’s how bad it is. No schedule and stops 30 mins before and after prayers! There is hour wait on both sides. So don’t depend on it.the taxi drivers can be overpriced when they see your desperation too!! It’s drops you at a bus station and you need to walk 5- 7 mins so that’s not bad.the location is not very far but certainly not walking distance and hilly so getting back is harder! Massage chairs don’t work!

Breakfast was excellent and staff was excellent. Bus services was decent.

The bathroom drain wasn’t working properly, the housekeeping service could improve, and the twin bed was too small for comfort.If you’d like a more formal, casual, or upbeat tone, I can revise it!

Housekeeping was very bad, requested multiple times to clean our room and change bedding but the guy don’t care. Bathroom doesn’t have any exhaust system and bathroom drainage very poor if you take bath water will be everywhere.

Building was new and designed well, front lobby was clean and pleasant, overall building furnishing was excellent.Front staff was cooperative and welcoming, building was equipped with proper prayer rooms and study areas. Elevator service was excellent.

While the rooms were designed well (two of the four beds were not full size and were almost like mattresses on the floor), cleaning and room service staff were extremely bad, washrooms were not being cleaned properly, I was concerned with the hygiene, we had advised the front desk and they sent staff to redo the rooms but still was done poorly. When talking with room staff directly they were unprofessional. Shuttle service can be improved, timings need to be clarified as it was very inconsistent, shuttle bus itself was nice but schedules should be improved. Shuttle drivers were very cooperative though. Location itself was quite far and not ideal, if shuttle service would been improved it would be better but as it is now this will be the main reason for not staying again.

I want able to contact reception or housekeeping as the intecom didnt workAlso room smelled stale and i met the receptionist to have the room refreshed she promised but i guess it was not done as i had left and when i came back & the stink lingered on

My stay at the hotel was very good. The facilities were clean and well organized, the service was efficient, and the staff were polite and cooperative. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

Telephone answering system was absolutely miserable no body answers 0 no Where to order dining in room facilities no directo or phone no Bus service was also miserable distinction between normal hujjaj

I found the breakfast quite good with varitely of breakfast items available. Even the staff was extremely cooperative and cordial, particulary Mr Thamer, I really enjoyed his hospitality.

We were not provided rooms close to each other; my cousin stayed on the 12th floor, while I was on the 5th. Moreover, the bed in our room was not large enough to accommodate two people. My wife had significant difficulty sleeping alongside our special daughter.There was no toothbrush kit available, and the sink drainage in our room (531) was not working properly. Although there was a ventilator in the bathroom, it was not operational. Additionally, there was a refrigerator in the room, but no complimentary water bottles were provided, which made its presence seem unnecessary.These aspects contribute to the overall quality of a hotel stay; unfortunately, in this case, the experience did not meet expectations. While I appreciated the hotel’s location and bus service, there are several areas that require improvement. Otherwise, it may be difficult for the hotel to maintain its standing.

Staff was nice and well trained.

Washroom was so old for a four star hotel special with Marriott tag on it. There are quite great washrooms of hotels even with 3 star. Room was also just ok wasn’t giving a Marriott vibe. Photos are looking little graphicly enhanced to look good.

The room was very clean. Though it was mentioned the parking fee per day is 60 SAR but thanks to Mr. Atif who made it complementary for me.There are a multiple of options provided by hotels to reach Haram. Bus is available every hour and small vehicles are also provided by hotel if you miss the bus.

The breakfast was not up to the mark. Variety was there but the quality of bakery items was not good.

This is my third visit, and it remains one of my favorite hotels in Makkah. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, which were excellent and well-maintained as usual. ??

I noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the lobby and restaurant furniture. The upholstery and seating areas looked stained and neglected, which is a disappointing change from my previous stays. I hope the management takes quick action to deep-clean or refresh the public area furniture.

The hotel was very nice and good value for the money; breakfast was great many options. Location is great too. Very clean.

The shuttle doesn't go as frequent or it stay long to wait for travelers so you can arrive at Haram little late then you expect. Since weather was good we were able to walk not too far.
