Umpadhi Canggu

I loved everything about this hotel! The room was cosy and had everything I needed. Quiet and peaceful location and great to relax by the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay – the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect. The atmosphere is relaxing and everything looks just like in the pictures. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back. Thank you! ?

The place was quiet and peaceful.

We had to change the room as the air conditioning was not working properly and even the second room there was no cooling we had to leave the air conditioners all the time as the room would become hot if it were turned off and again to cool back would take 4-5 hours.

I didn’t like that even though as the receptionist said that they upgrade my room for free, but the room was full of dirt not clean at all and a lot of Insects ???? really bad experience

Swimming pool was nice. Decor is good and minimalistic. Food was tasty in the restaurant (but pricey). Location is great. Not too busy but still close to the centre of Canggu.

The showers weren’t very clean. The towels had stains on them. The staff tried to charge me double the rate for my room (luckily my friend noticed). Food quite overpriced. The locks aren’t very safe. Seems like there was some sort of electric system, but it’s not working.

It's a pleasant hotel, simple but comfortable at a good price. We needed a hotel on the Northern part of Canggu and this location was perfect for us. To get around Canggu you will need a motorcycle or use Gojeks.It's a 10-min scooter ride to the beach and the hustle and bustle of Canggu. The property is very clean and staff is wonderful.

Tranquil environment. Loved the modern and chic design of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The bed and furnishings inside the room were very comfortable.

The hotel restaurant was great. There's a handful of laundry services nearby too. Overall it was a good 1 night stay, it relaxed me before my flight the next day.

Balcony door could be better sealed so there's no ants entering, but it wasn't a big problem.

The location is incredible - away from the noise, but a short drive to the hot spots.On site restaurant has a good selection, but does need more vegeterian/vegan options.The staff were incredibly nice

Nicely appointed rooms and a lovely mezzanine floor for dining and working.

Daily burning next door which blows toxic smoke into the room for an hour or so.

Very nice hotel and even if the rooms are not very spacious, they are very comfortable and clean. The bed is particularly large "2 meters" and the bed is comfortable.I would highly recommend and would be happy to return.

Do not come to this hotel to stay by the pool as there is hardly any sunbed although it is nice to be able to swim.

Couldn't understand how the hell that water heater not working they tried to fix for 2 days.

I come often to this hotel est they improve the building since last year:Now it have a great parking next to the hotelThey take out one of the main wall next to the pool that bring you nice view on the rice field.The bed and the quality of the linens are great

The accomodation are well thinking even the room are bit small for long stay

Swimming pool area need more clean from leaves

The place is truly welcoming, with top-notch facilities and delicious food that made it hard to want to eat anywhere else. Best of all, the team was outstanding — always friendly and eager to help.
