Lovely pool area, and in an ideal location. Rooms were clean and tidy

My bed was FULL of ants so I didn’t manage to sleep!

The rooms look way cleaner in the photos than in reality. A bit dirty in the bathroom and ants on the bed.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and it was a great location!

The noise between the rooms. We were able to hear every single noise from all the rooms. The pool chlorine was extremely high.

1. Taste of breakfast was very good2. All staffs were very helpful and friendly (they help us to call the doctor when we were sick)3. The property has strategic location

1. The stairs to and from our bedroom are quite slipper when it rains 2. There were small worms in our bedroom at the first night3. The convenience store in the hotel area closed too quickly

Location, valley for money

Very small room, don’t have enough place for opening the luggage! Bathroom small as well- the water goes on the toilets

Location was pretty good.Everything you needed was close by.

Room was a little dirty on arrival, television did not work

The grounds of the hotel were stunning. I loved the pool area. The staff on-site were so lovely and always there to help. The location of the hotel is amazing with a great restaurant on-site serving delicious food and cocktails. The booking did provide great value for money.

The room was very small and the bathroom was so tiny that the toilet got drenched everytime you had a shower. There was no ventialtion in the bathroom so everything stayed damp.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The rooms were in poor condition. Paint peeling from the ceilings and water damage under the aircon which gave the room a foul odour. Walls are thin could hear the guests in the room next to me, beds so uncomfortable like sleeping on a rock. Rooms are lined up in corridors can hear people in and out at all hours, didn’t sleep properly for 5 nights. Ideally not an amazing place, but for the price it was doable.

The room floor was not so clean There is nothing much to do around the hotel (motorbike or grab needed ro reach the city center)

Clean enough, however the hotel room a little boxy and really is a space for a short stay, rather than a. Space to settle in and get really comfortable in luxury.

Price and location

The location is great! The staffs were kind and also helpful.

The room I got was oddly so humid and wet. I left the room to have dinner and when I’m back the whole floor was wet.

The property is beautiful with all the tropical plants, well looked after entryway, and the pool in the middle of it all. Such a nice place to come home to out of the chaos of Canggu. The room is modern albeit a little small.

The bathroom was extremely small and quite dirty. There was no hand soap.

The place is great, super quiet and green in quite a busy area of Canggu. Breakfast was great and had lots of good options, location was perfect for what we wanted, all the beach clubs etc we wanted to visit were in walking distance (only a few kms away, but Grab is easy and cheap if you don’t want to walk that far). The sushi place out the front of the hotel in Canggu Avenue is delicious and cheap!

The pool and garden were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Some rooms are very close to lobby so little bit noisy at the mornings. Also if there are childrens in hotel and swimming at pool, there is noise inevitably :)

Great location and pool was nice with lots of trellis plants.

Front desk staff as a little cold and when I asked for 5 extra minutes to get packed as I was on a business call they told me checkout was at 12:00 and did not budge and did not give me the 5 minutes. After having the breakfast that what we wanted was not available as I was rushed to pack the also were hounding me about paying for my latte. Just think they could be a little more relaxed.

Great location & a nice hotel room

It’s advertised as adults only, yet we had screaming kids waking us up throughout the night, and taking over the pool.

Beautiful pool, but sadly only 6 day beds are available. The interior of the room is very modern but the room is super small. even the bathroom is crazy small

the room was not clean (the bathroom had weird moldy spots) and there were a few stains on the sheets. Also, the rooms are super noisy. Heard the person in the room next to me snoring.The staff kept calling to the room 1 hour (11:00) before check out (12:00)

The room with the nice view and very close to the swimming pool. Especially, there is the lovely cat welcome us every time.

Really nice pool, atheistic, beds were very comfy, friendly and helpful staff

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and when the price is what it is I expected much more of a higher standard, the photo’s definitely are deceiving, small rooms and very small bathroom which floods when you use the shower.
