Big spacious room and bathroom which is nicely designed, super friendly staff

Basically no sun and very little external air because of the room design

Very bad experience not recommended at all

I asked for king bed and they provide king bed with two single metress joined together I came only for 2 days I asked for change to another room after nogotiations I appeared that the AC is not working well in the other that I suppose to move on. So I decided to stay at the same room. Moreover The sink is blocked.

Construction ongoing next to property. This is the only bad thing. Everything else is excellent!

The rooms were beautifully done. The beds were comfy and my favorite part of the room was the indoor/outdoor bathroom. The entire staff is warm and inviting.

Construction occurs next door until late at night (10 pm or so). Some nights it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of the noise. Skip the hotel breakfast. The main strip with all of the restaurants is about a 10-minute Grab ride from the hotel. I wish the hotel area was a bit more walkable.

Cleanliness, location and friendly staff. Food was also very good!

Literally everything, food, staff, rooms and the nice pool was all amazing. The staff make such an effort towards your stay and yet again the food is unreal here would definitely stay again

If we had to be picky the aircon could be slightly colder buts a minor problem

I enjoyed my stay at AmantraNa Canggu. The staff was super helpful, gentle and sweet. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The team communicated with me to know my arrival time and when it was time for breakfast (if I didn’t put my order in, in time lol). I appreciated that. I am happy I stayed at your hotel.

One morning, all I NEEDED was some coffee because I would miss breakfast due to my all day trip but no was there to help. I understand the operating hours so I am not mad, I just would have loved some coffee.

The place was really nice and cozy. The staff is really nice and friendly. They simply are the best! The rooms were clean and A/C was working good. The breakfast was also really enjoyable. Everything is nearby and fast to reach with a scooter. Thank you for your efforts!

The only downside is that there is construction going on next to the hotel. But this is something they can’t control. Canggu is a busy area overall. This was not a dealbreaker for us.

Need to wear slippers because my feet turns black due to dust. Mosquitoes around the room.

Staff were awesome i couldnt thank them enough, the food was great and it was quiet especially close to a busy road, it was close to cafes and restaurants.

Love the decor in the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff would call and remind me about the breakfast that came with my booking. Not many properties or hotels would do this. Thus five stars for the staff!

It’s not the fault of the property, as the area is fast developing. There is another property being constructed right across from this property. The view from the balcony is not the best. I was given a room on the ground level, below the lounge. In the morning I was woken up by the dragging of furniture in the lounge area above. It was rather disturbing. Hope something can be done about this.

Good quality, eco friendly boutique hotel. The staff is great, very good communication.

It is quite far from everything, so you need a car or bike or taxi. The walls are quite thin you can hear everything.

Clean and beautiful away from the busier part of Canggu but close enough to walk. Excellent communication before & during stay. 100% would stay here again

I would like to give a special commendation to Meida and all of staff from AmantraNa Canggu. Her service was exceptional, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Komang was attentive throughout our stay and demonstrated remarkable flexibility with all our requests. Her commitment to her work was evident and greatly appreciated. I rate her a 10/10 for everything. It was a pleasure to experience such dedicated and outstanding service.
