Everything good except the manger how to figure out the problem of noise at midnight.

I’m not sure they 100% knows who are the customer living in there , the room beside our room have a party at midnight for 2 days , I’m pretty sure the minimum amount is over 2-3 people in that room ! Even though the villa said that cant not have any party here.The manger said we can swap to another room but the staff told us the room is very close the road will hear the noise from car and they already told to our neighbor don’t make noise at midnight if they did I can send message on booking let the villa knows.Unfortunately , the second night they still playing the music and talking very loudly , the room don’t have any phone inside so I send the messages and keep awake until morning The manger reply us they have 24 hours staff in the front , and is me refunded to swap the room and the noise is probably from the other villa.but how? How can I go outside at midnight and so many strangers have a party there? Why is not your staff or you need to more focus who come in the villa? Why is not your staff or you need to pay attention on that room? And I am pretty sure the noise is beside our room so is in your villa!! Also we trust your staff told to them to keep quiet at midnight already that why we didn’t swap toI’m very thanks for the first day your advice but after that we both are very disappointed in here , we won’t recommend anyone to come , thank you

The property was wonderful. The family apartment was spacious and really practical - modern loft look which we enjoyed! There is also a kiddies play area right next to the pool - so wonderful! we used it every single day! Canggu Dream Studios and Villas is so well located!! In between the key streets that connect Canggu ; we were ideally positioned close to all services like coffee shops laundry mats mini markets local shops boutiques .. plus a quick gojek to any beach to spend the day or for a beautiful sunset! The team was so welcoming and housekeeping was meticulously provided every single day- what an excellent service

If I must say the only thing that I didn’t like and it’s not a criticism but merely a fact is that the apartment that we got was on the top floor and the stairs were tricky for our small boys (extra look out also!) also when they were asleep and we had to carry the stroller up the stairs with a sleeping baby! Aside of that- which is not a dislike just a mere observation it’s so totally worth it!

Property is easy to find and by the road. Perfect location! Private and cosy place!

Nothing about the property but we experienced 2 total blackouts on one night which blacked out the entire area.

Beautiful place, so clean, stunning rooms, a gorgeous pool. So close to everything in Canggu but tucked away enough so it’s not noisy from traffic.Very friendly reception, always helped us with everything. Really enjoyed our three nights here.

Bathroom would flood, there was a drainage smell for 2 of the days.The room are terrible at blocking out light, when someone returns at night and the sensor light turns on your whole room is bright

Modern, huge beds which were super comfortable with lovely en-suites. The villa was spacious and the pool was very nice. It felt very private and safe.

The facilities, the cleanliness and the proximity to town.

The pool was large and very good. The location was very central to everywhere in Canggu and it was so easy to get to places nearby. The staff especially the security were friendly. They were happy for us to change room which was very kind.

The rooms were disappointing. The first room was musty and mouldy smelling. The pillows badly smelled like mould and stained. We changed room to a slightly better one but it was extremely noisy by the road. It was difficult to sleep and relax for the high price. There were also a few bugs due to infrastructure gaps.

The staff were nice and kept very clean. We didn’t love this location however it was not bad, it depends what you are looking for. There are common areas available to use which was great when using the pool as on the upper level you don’t have direct access to the pool, unfortunately we didn’t realise this until the end of our stay.

The road noise from the busy street (however we live in the country so are not used to it) the pool being in the shade all day, this is just a personal preference.

Villas were impeccably clean and cleaned daily. Location was perfect close to everything on a short scooter ride. Staff couldn’t be more helpful to us.

Absolutely perfect and I am not joking. The toon was right by the pool, clean, modern, comfortable and in a great spot to get into town. Honestly fantastic will be staying here again

The location is the best, i’ve stayed here before a couple of years back and nothing has changed. Staff is still amazing and accommodating, rooms are still amazing for the price

Missed the bigger pool area. I see it’s more closed off now

Room and terrace are very big and location is great. Stuff is very friendly, you can get additional service - laundry, motorbike rent for good price.

Cleanliness could be much more better. The sofa and chairs had old prints, towels were not totally white, the walls had a lot of drips. For this price cleanliness wasn’t good.
