TUI BLUE Berawa Hotel and Villas

I liked everything, amazing stay. I got the rooftop suite which was an excellent choice, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well, i liked how you can enjoy the buffet with endless selections and also you can order for the menue for more special dished.

The location was very central, the staff were unbelievable and went out of their way to accommodate us! the upgraded us and made sure we had the most unbelievable stay for our last few days in Bali. the massage is world class and we were treated to a special breakfast at their new restaurant!

I cannot fault the Hotel - it was fantastic.

the hotel was clean. the villa was modern up to dateI enjoyed the welcome drinks and gifts left for your staythe amenities left in villa were nice, and plenty of towels were left.Staff was amazing

The design of the property is off, the location is weird to get to and getting in and out is difficultThe view is only of construction going on right next door.The stairs going up to the bedrooms in the villa, are weirdly designed and a little dangerous, if you have any elderly they will NOT be able to go up the stairs there are no railings. The furniture is nice and modern, ,but not comfortable to sit in. There should be more furniture outside to enjoy the pool and the pool should be spotless.None of the pieces of furniture to sit on were comfortable and too low for any one to sit in

Staff, Facility, Upgrade and Floating Breakfast

As someone from the hospitality industry who’s seen a lot—I can confidently say TUI BLUE Berawa is in a league of its own. The warm, modern design is paired with exceptionally kind and attentive staff who solve everything instantly and with care. Rooms are crafted with stunning attention to detail. And the food? Outstanding. Each dish is beautifully presented, with a unique touch that reflects true passion. Especially RR Café ground floor is excellent. Restaurant on the 2nd floor has to increase the quality of the service. We booked just one night… and ended up extending. That says it all. Big THANK YOU to the whole team!

You can’t complain about construction noises in canggu as the whole city areas of Bali are one construction area. This is not the hotels fault

I enjoyed everything about this facility. The staff was so sweet and professional. I loved everything about this hotel. Every space smelled amazing, it was a wonderful aroma in every space you’re in. The breakfast and dinner was so yummy. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. She looked out for me and made sure I was ok when I wasn’t feeling good. I appreciate her for that. I couldn’t find her the last day before I checked out. The communication was amazing. Thank you everyone for making my birthday so special. The hotel is in a GREAT location. I felt very safe and they security in the front. The owner was friendly and professional. Communication is very important to me and the communication was great. The breakfast every morning was great. They made me feel special on my birthday and went over and beyond for me. I appreciated that. Everything was clean and I felt extremely safe. The pool and rooftop was beautiful. It’s extremely relaxing and quiet. I enjoyed everything about my stay. Shout out to house keeping and the laundry department as well. Thank you for making my stay so special.

Our stay at Tui Blue was excellent! The staff are all so kind and hospitable, they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Pool and gym were very nice and clean. Included breakfast is awesome with alot of choices. Would highly recommend!

It was our honeymoon, and I asked to decor our room, the staff really decor our room AND WE GOT UPGRADED TO SKY SUITE! ?♥️ We really enjoy our time at Tui with all the complimentaries from the staff. Thank you thank you so much! Can't wait to stay at Tui again!??✨

Everything was so good

Clean and new and the food and the stuff are super friendly and unbelievably trained and professional it’s the best ever we will come every year just to this hotel feels amazing and comfortable and everything you need they will help you and guide you and even the rooms and the service is 10/10 from the food to the comfort to the environment to the smile in the morning and evening! It’s just exceptional experience we extended our stay too many times because we couldn’t find hotel with the same service and comfort feels like home !!

Absolutely nothing

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had in all my travels. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Selina who made everything even more special. We were celebrating our anniversary, and I had asked if they could prepare something for the room — the surprise they created left even me speechless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Ambience, Neatness and Food, Staff excellent . However Quality of Breakfast need to be improved. Room service food is fantastic . Good part is not crowded for breakfast and you have special attention. Being a new hotel this is our best choice where all staff smiling and helping for all the needs

Breakfast has more choices but the taste of Breakfast need to be improved , so we have to take BF outside most of the time

The staff is wonderful. We were upgraded to a sky suite because of some construction next door. Great room and amenities.

Cleanness of the room & Air con not working. Too cold or it was centralized or it didn’t work at all that it got too warm.

My stay at Tui blue in Canggu was truly unforgettable. The hospitality was top , but what stood out the most was the Manager and team exceptional service. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, Bogi, for making my stay so special

The staff are very attentive, and the quality of the sheets, towels, and robes is excellent. The rooftop restaurant and pool are great for relaxing, and the hotel offers convenient amenities like a minibar, 24/7 in-room dining, and an on-site gym. I loved the ability to request housekeeping, laundry, and other services easily through their app. The complimentary chocolate experience at checkout was a nice touch. Any issues I brought to their attention were fixed immediately.

I would have liked more vegan options for breakfast, though there were still some choices available. Ordering food from outside via Gojek was easy, so it wasn’t a major issue. Also, the hotel lists a spa as an amenity, but it was under construction and unavailable during my stay—though I was told it will be ready in two weeks

The staff was very friendly, the facility was very clean. They were very attentive. The breakfast was good. The gym was great, anything we asked for we received. They even arranged outside travel for us.

The pool closed a little bit too early for a location such as this one where parties in beach gatherings are very prevalent. Also did not like eating breakfast and being approached multiple times. I thoroughly enjoyed the service, however would like to eat without answering that my meal was good or is good for 4 - 6 times every time I eat.
