The location, close to beach and restaurants.

The cleanliness. All towels given to us were dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Once your driver has found the place, which isn't easy, the location is great. Away from the busy side of Canggu but close enough to get everywhere on foot or by scooter. Spacious rooms (King-size bed). The pool is nice, too.

It’s the second time I am staying here. The hotel is a little bit older - but clean - and the garden is so beautiful! It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and just out of reach of crowded Canngu. Staff is superfriendly. The hotel is very quiet. I love ot here!

Separate beds. Good condition. Water and towels every morning. Nice swimming pool and view on sunset.

The bathrooms were not clean.The location is very difficult to find and twice drivers could not locate it with Google maps.First day there was no breakfast. Second day we didn't go to breakfast.Third day we waited an hour for boiled eggs and salad.

This was our first time and Wayan and the team made us feel always comfortable and our room with pool was amazing

The place is okay, what best from this place is easy access to the beach. Cleanliness can be improve if you have trained housekeepers.

the room we had was very noisy from the street. we hear loud music and every passing motor bikes. there was also a spotlight from the street directed on the bedroom window so even with the chrtain it was bright.

Beautiful pool area and plants

Our stay at Anginsepoi was terrible. There were not enough staff, and communication was difficult due to limited English proficiency, leading to frequent misunderstandings. We booked a villa room that was dark, had a malfunctioning shower, and there was a black paint of the floor that left paint marks on our feet and all over our clothes. The WiFi kept disconnecting, and there was no staff available at night for assistance. Loud noises throughout the night made sleep nearly impossible. The bedding and towels were old, and when we needed to stay two extra hours after checkout due to my boyfriend being sick, we were charged 50% of the room rate. It was definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this place; consider other options for an enjoyable vacation.

The property was once an amazing property. The room we booked was one we had stayed at before and not acceptable. The hotel was kind enough to move us to a different villa, which was much nicer. The property is located walking distance to a cool beach and to good cafes/bars.

The property is so run-down, it’s sad to see. Total lack of investment and maintenance. I didn’t like the lack of response from the property, as I had written to them prior to my arrival and my message was not responded. I was given the same room I originally complained about. The new room we were moved to, though much nicer, was still very run down, the wood was falling apart, the main bathroom mirror was hanging by a thread. The neighbourhood is too far walking distance from any amenities. Other than the beach bars nearby, all of which shut too early, there is NOTHING to do.
