I had the most wonderful stay here during my holiday. The space itself is absolutely beautiful — thoughtfully designed and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping that immediately makes you feel at peace. The rooms were incredibly spacious, calm, and comfortable, creating the perfect environment to truly relax.What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest, which made the experience even more special. The whole property has such a homely feel, striking the perfect balance between luxury and comfort.I honestly can’t wait to return — it’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you’ve left.

So beautiful and serene. A calm place close to the sea and everything Canggu. Elegant design and superior comfort. A place where one can rest and absorb truly sublime surroundings. Lovely, caring, professional staff. Taj, Pyani, Lui…I will miss them.

We loved being away from the more crowded streets in this area. It was quiet and peaceful. We were grateful that there was still some rice fields and farming land close by. It was like a beautiful oasis to come back to. We could totally relax there. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly and would respond quickly to any request. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We appreciated the quality finishes and artistic touches around the property and the beautiful gardens. Only a short stroll to the beach and restaurants.

Everything is clean and quiet. Only 5 rooms. Breakfast is amazing, staff is great. Highly recommend. Ade, the manager is very friendly and nice. Great location.

Plawa Laguna exceeded my expectations. The staff were so welcoming & professional. The shared pool & dining area & accommodation was stunning. Plawa is situated in a fantastic location ... in-between Perererean restaurants, cafes & shopping and Echo Beach. But you were away from the hustle of the crowds.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Plawa Laguna in Canggu, Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. While the hotel is just a short walk to the beach and the lively cafes, shops, and vibrant spots of Canggu, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. It was the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility.Our room was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the natural light pouring in through the large windows, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The hotel made us feel like we were in our own private paradise.The pool area was one of our favorite spots. It felt like a little slice of heaven. The peaceful ambiance made it easy to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.The staff at Plawa Laguna made our stay even more special. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was offering local recommendations or just making sure we had everything we needed, their hospitality truly stood out. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay as memorable as possible. Also, the laundry service was perfect.We have to mention the breakfast — every meal we had at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The restaurant offers a variety of options and each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We were amazed that they had a lovely nutricionist there to make breakfast menu even better. And it was already beyond this world, really really fantastic, the best we had in Bali and we will never forget that. We even had smoothie tasting – I mean, it is hard to get better.In summary, Plawa Laguna was the perfect choice. The combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service made our time in Canggu unforgettable.

This boutique property looked exactly like the pictures. Exquisitely decorated and the staff were warm friendly and kind. I’ve been to a few of these property types in Bali and this is the best one I’ve stayed at. I wish I could stay longer.

Such lovely staff, everyone makes you feel so welcome. Beautiful location - very chilled, a short walk to the beach and feels like a little haven from the hustle and bustle of Pererenan. You can hear the birds and the sounds of the lush countryside. Felt so safe and just a wonderful experience.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it, from the impeccable cleanliness to the incredibly polite and attentive staff.A special mention goes to the administrator, Ade, who is simply amazing! In any emergency situations—whether it was calling an ambulance, finding the right doctor, or providing help with treatment—Ade was always there to assist with genuine care and professionalism. Thanks to her, we felt completely safe and well-supported throughout our stay.The hotel’s kitchen deserves high praise as well. The chefs prepared delicious meals, and the service was always top-notch.

The only small suggestion we have is to add a bit more variety to the breakfast menu, especially for long term stayers (21 days), haha. However, even this can’t be considered a downside! We simply bought our own ingredients and asked the staff to include them in our breakfast, which they gladly did. It even turned into a fun and unique part of our experience;)Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely come back again!

Where do I even begin! From the moment I sat down to check in and started sipping on my welcome coconut, I knew I would be enjoying my stay here. The shared pool and lounging areas are spectacular!I booked the king villa with private pool and it was a beautiful room. I appreciated all the fittings and furnishings in the room, it is well presented and of high quality. I appreciated the attention to detail of having inspector repellers for indoor and outdoor. Also the rooms are fitted with universal sockets so you don’t need an adapter. I enjoyed the freshly made juices and breakfast each morning, but it’s also so handy that the kitchen has so many appliances and utensils if you are making or heating up your own food.All of this would only go so far, but I think what truly made my stay incredible was the staff. They were all so lovely and attentive. I would have regular chats with the security guard Nyoman. It also made me feel really safe as a solo female traveler that there was someone on security through all hours of the night. The kitchen and housekeeping staff Zuh, Eluh, Maria and Ani were a pleasure to chat with as well and Ani always made sure to check in if I wanted my room tidied up. The property really is as beautiful as the pictures, maybe even more in real life. The staff are an asset to Plawa Laguna and I’m so sad to have said goodbye. I will absolutely be returning next time I’m in Bali.

Not a fault in the property itself, but location wise you’d probably need to walk about 7 minutes to get to your nearest shop.

The taxi driver didn't find the villa on the map right away, we had to specify the location.

It’s a brand new boutique hotel, and we are so happy that everything is perfect, staff is professional, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and the whole Villa is amazing.Very close to the sea to enjoy a beautiful sunset! We will be back soon.

We loved everything about this new boutique hotel.The design and architecture, which elegantly blend Balinese tradition, are fabulous. As regular visitors to Bali, we can say that Plawa Laguna Bali is truly unique. The attention to detail, the staff, the living-dining area, and the kitchen are exceptional. The pool is stunning.A property this close to the sea (100m) in Pererenan is simply perfect.We will definitely come back and stay much longer next time.Thank you!
