This place was amazing, we had the best stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and they made sure everything went smoothly. It was the perfect week.

I like how the staff were courteous and empathetic. The front counter staff, Nanda, booked me a ride to my destination after I couldn't find the location on my app. I love the water pressure in the shower which was on point, and perfect for relaxation even when the property is nestled in the busy area of Canggu

The best thing about this place was that the couch AND bathroom were in an air conditioned space unlike every villa we stayed at. Also, we did not smell smoke from burning trash or hear people or vehicles the entire time we were in our room! Very quiet and comfortable! Location was great, close to lots of restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Great location!

Replace glass cups with plastic ones. My wife accidentally knocked into the counter and the small teacup fell and broke on the tile floor. The replacement cost was rediculously high but they waived it. I would much rather have a more solid plastic cup than an unstable glass one. Otherwise, the place was fantastic and probably our favorite of the 7 places we stayed in Bali.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, there was some hiccup on our way to the hotel, although it’s not entirely the hotel fault, but the hotel take full responsibility and compensate us. The hotel bed is comfortable and the design of the hotel is my preference.

the hotel was fanatic and the location was even better, super restaurants around the hotel all within walking distance.

The gym could have been located in a more open setting, it was set in the basement.

We loved the hotel. It was a nice balance of location, facilities, food and comfort. Our favorite was the free entrance to the Vault nightclub in the basement, lol. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy walk to some of the beach clubs, and in our case a private pool on the terrace. What was there not to like?

The room and Facilities were amazing. The location had lots of restaurants and shops around but didn't feel overwhelmingly crawling with people. The staff was fantastic Ayuk and Edwin did a fantastic job checking us in and out in a seamless process. The rooms were sleek and clean with a modern feel and design. The security staff out front always helped us cross the street find our drivers.

The staff extremely friendly, location is amazing, the design of the hotel is fabulous!They gave us an upgrade for free in celebration to our honeymoon!

Overall stay was good. The room was immaculately designed and spacious. Staff was great! Location is excellent as it's near several good restaurants. We walked to the beach too which wasn't too far. Along the way, picked up breakfast, snacks etc.

The noise from nearby construction was at times annoying but otherwise, it was peaceful. Try to avoid Block E (the block we got) for those requiring special assistance as the flight of stairs up and down can be tricky.

Staff were so friendly. We had excellent service. The pool area was great to lounge around with fantastic food and drinks. They were kind enough to upgrade us on arrival and we really enjoyed our expansive room. It was pure luxury.

New and beautiful hotel. Ms. Sayu at desk was so helpful and friendly.Looking forward to come back here again.

Dont give your clothes to laundry, 3kg cost me 700k Rp in the end. :D Usually it would have been 45k Rp.

the rooms are stunningly beautiful and i absolutely loved my private pool, the bed and the little bathtub. + the cinnamon iced tea they offer is absolutely delicious!!! the staff was so lovely and helped with me with everything so quickly.

the hotel was quite different from what i expected. i understand that construction is a common issue in bali, but the first room i checked into was so loud that even with earplugs, i didn’t have a single peaceful moment—whether inside or outside. the noise came from both outside and above me. i’m usually not one to complain, but i asked for a different room. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they moved me to a slightly quieter space. however, with construction workers on the roof, it didn’t feel comfortable sunbathing without being watched. the location wasn’t my favorite. the area is quite noisy with parties going on, and the hotel complex is massive—it takes a while just to get from your room to the street.

The hotel was modern with great styling, clean and comfortable. Great location surrounded by many good restaurants, short walk to beach and good beach clubs. Our room had a lovely pool and was quiet and well appointed.
