Lovely ambiance, lovely artwork and super helpful and friendly staff.

Nothing really though we did prefer the courtyard room away from the pool.

Everything. The BEST hotel we have ever had from more then 40 hotels, in 17 different countries, including a lot of: German, French, Hungarian, Italian and Japanese hotels.In details:- Staff: always in good mood, very helpful, perfect English speaking, have a solution for evrything. Also what we really liked is they watch over for you. We had a trustable day driver, but they always checked the driver, the car and 1 or 2 times I may even saw they wrote down the car plate, but I am not sure. However I am sure if something would happen, they would start to search for us, which is calming.- Cleanliness: always shining, if required, then they clean the room daily. (They check the signs SEVERAL times a day, so you get the cleaning in a few hours). The common areas are continuously cleaned.- Room equipments: everything you need and more if asked. Mini fridge, water heater, hair dryer, vanity kit...- Comfortability: really big and comfortable bed. The room has enough space for 2 big and 2 small luggages, a lot of clothes and to comfortably walk between them.- Restaurant: CLEAN! As Europeans we were afraid of Bali belly. No need to be afraid of anything here! We tried the whole menu through 10 days, because it was so good we didn't want to go elsewhere. Had no problem at all (and my wife has a really weak stomach, but even she had no problem with the food). The food is really very tasty.- Location: now this is a little tricky. Canggu is a crowded area, however the hotel is on the edge. So you will experience trafic jams, but this is true for all the other parts of middle and south Bali. However the hotel is very close to a beutiful beach, 5~7 min by walk. Because of this on the rest days, it is very easy to just walk down to the beach and enjoy the waves and the view, go back to lunch and back to the beach.

The amazing food, spacious rooms, staff were extremely hospitable and facilities were top notch.

The friendliness of the staff and the location were the outstanding aspects we appreciated at Ize Canggu

Maybe more lounges around the pool area , and more storage space in the rooms… but that would not stop us from returning or recommending this property to others .

Sometimes food and drink service was a little slow, however, the drinks and food were always spot on.

Clean, furnishing feels new, great service, short walk to the Pererenan beach with many food choices along the street

Great place to stay with a family. Our two attached room s were super comfortable. Restaurant offers great food options. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Enjoyed an amazing yoga session at rooftop. The area is perfect, quiet place in very lively street.

The rooms were lovely; modern, spacious and clean. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond (noticed a birthday card in our room when cleaning so they left us a birthday cake)! The restaurant at the hotel was also brilliant and reasonabley prices. Location was good, walking distance to some lovely cafes and a short taxi to the beach/ nightlife.

Our room was close to the restaurant which could be noisy at times.

The staff here were amazing, and we were very pleasantly surprised with the property. It was great value and had the fastest WiFi we have had in Bali. Great for working since you have a huge desk space in the room and the coworking space downstairs. We also dined in the restaurant and it was delicious, plus had drinks on the rooftop with a great view of the sunset.

This hotel was exceptional. Our room was lovely, the staff were so so friendly and helpful. We booked with breakfast included and it was 10/10 every morning. The restaurants we chose to eat at were further in canggu so we did mostly get taxis for canggu beach and for dinner but as taxis are so cheap this really didn't bother us.

Location was perfect! Away from the hustle and bustle.

The walls between rooms were super thin and could hear people’s conversations between the walls which meant disrupted sleep when people come home late after a few bevs. Unfortunately the room I was in smelled of mould and had mould in the shower. My clothes were left damp which was frustrating. I did inform the staff however they were not concerned.

The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from The staff were very friendly and helpful Our room was very clean and the bed was huge and comfortable

Would like to have seen more sun loungers or seats around the pool as there didn’t seem enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel

Really nice hotel in Canggu. The staff were super friendly. The pool are and breakfast was amazing.

Great location, excellent working space including individual rooms for video calling etc alongside communal space. Nice rooftop area.
