Great value for money. The hotel is located a short walk from shops and restaurants. Also a short ride to the popular beach clubs. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended this hotel!

Absolutely amazing!!! So clean! I totally loved the stuff, thank you guys very much for your hospitality. There was cleaning every day and the towels could be changed whenever you wanted. Nice and tidy. The breakfasts are just as good. A huge selection. Besides, you can choose the time of breakfasts served which is really convenient.Nice pool area for sunbathing.Location is top notch. Lovely location, beautiful rooms and stunning pool! We arrived late and they were super flexible allowing a self check in even after the check in closed. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The design is beautiful and it looks like a chill oasis in the middle of a very busy area. Nearby you can find a lot of shops and places to eat. The included breakfast is generous (this is an understatement of the huge portion) and tasty (we had Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng) and it was delivered to our room.

Loved how spacious the common areas were and that there was room to work, eat and relax throughout the property. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Having breakfast was well worth it, the pancakes and omelette were the best.

The area was super central, but also nearby an insanely busy intersection. Everytime we left we had to deal with that (not the hotel's fault obviously just something to be aware of).

Bed is comfortable

Terrible location with trashing surrounding alley and turbid swimming pool. Bathroom is not well cleaned.

Clean and comfortable room with friendly staff and convenient location

Sky Loft 2 is such a beautiful room! The most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on. Great shower. Everything you could need. The staff are very helpful and work hard to make everything perfect for you.

The only downside is the stairs. There is no guard and the stairs are divided by rope only - which is really unsafe with small children, who could very easily fall through the ropes. It meant we couldn't allow the kids the freedom they would usually have to go up and down from the pool, which was a shame.

The location of the Amandaya was good. It was very convenient and not too far a ride from markets. The staff was really helpful and accomodating as i ended up with food poisoning from a local warung. They called a docotor for me and provided me with fruits that I was allowed to consume to help me feel better. I would 100% recommend this hotel. The rooms are also very modern and cute.

The hotel is a refuge of hospitality; the staff, with their inviting smiles and supportive attitudes, make you feel truly at home. And the room? It's not just good; it's exceptional, and it will surely exceed your expectations!

Unfortunately, I need to commute west, which means I need to take the JL. Anggrek - Jl. Echo Beach shortcut: it's about 400 meters in Hell. It's the only shortcut to bridge the west and east parts, and if you get completely stuck all the time, you can spend more than 20 minutes in those 400 meters; it's a Traffic nightmare, so I left the hotel for that only reason.Other points to note:The frequent barking of a dog, which seems to be from a nearby residential area, can be quite disruptive and loud, especially at night.Having to choose the breakfast menu one day for the other and the precise hour to be delivered is a bit annoying. You might just want to sleep longer, and you did plan for it. The breakfast menu usually includes a variety of options and the delivery is usually prompt and efficient .

The staff were Big smiles all round greeting you each morning and night as you would move through the premises! A friend having motor bike accident day of check out they offered me extended check out by 1hr Thanks guys!

Not their Fault! We lost power Twice. Humidity of 90% and 35 degrees wasn't pleasant sleeping
